Do not use this company. They offer low prices to get you to book. Then call you and try and charge you higher prices. Refused and was told I would be refunded. Still waiting 2 days later. Bunch of scammers.

Company are very dishonest. They advertise false prices. You then book and they tell you the price is wrong and need to pay more. Looks like all the good reviews here are fake also.
Member of Ashton Gate gym. By far the worst gym I have ever been a member of and been going to gyms for the last 30 years. Will be cancelling when my contract is up.

Dishonest company. Booked an all inclusive holiday. Which it wasn’t. Even had to pay for coffee in the room. No mention of this anywhere before booking.

Don’t use this company. They recommended heathrowpremierparking. But don’t tell you who you are booked with. If you look at the reviews of heathrowpremierparking you would see this company had no morals as why recommend such an awful company.
Avoid at all costs. We had an additional £19 in charges which we weren't told about. Also had to wait 45 minutes for them both on arrival and departure despite calling them 30 minutes before as advised. Unforunately didn't read reviews as we booked through compare parking and they don't tell you who you go with.
Booked a tour. Was supposed to be collected at 7:45. Got a message at 7:57 to save driver was here. Got on only bus available outside the hotel and we were only passengers waiting. Bus was also unmarked. So had no reason to think that it wasn’t our bus. Driver also asked our name. After 20 minutes he said we were on wrong bus. Not our fault but GetYourGuide won’t refund £277 we spent. Terrible service. First time we used them before and will be the last. Will stick with Viator. If chargeback dispute doesn’t work will be taking them to small claims court.

This company shouldn't be allowed to trade. They offer no customer support whatsoever. Cannot get my chime to work but there is no way of contacting them. They have a chat bot which just goes around in circles. Very frustrating. They have no respect for customers.

Had a job interview with them. Firstly had a teams call, which had to chase feedback on. Then went into their office and had a face to face interview. Four weeks later and nothing from them to say thanks but not thanks. Chased HR several times. Fair enough if I didn’t get the role but it shows a complete lack of respect not to inform me when I have made the effort to interview twice. Awful behaviour.
Scam of a company. Tried to use a £20 gift card and says invalid. Spoke to ‘customer services’ who just fobbed me off. Told me to use live chat on the app or website. There is no such option.
Awful experience. Paid a lot more for meet and greet. Reason being we wanted to get away from the hotel without stress after all day travelling. Waited for an hour for our car. So what was the point. Won’t be going near this company again.
Sent money to Turkey 7 days ago. Was told by Remitly it was delivered successfully. But had mail today to say it wasn’t sent. How is this possible? What a joke. Customer service no help.
