Scammers took my money no delivery said they would refund my money surprise nothing and they are advertising on lots of sites on Facebook just do not bother and please tell it's disgusting that are being allowed to carry on taking people's money 😡

I have been waiting almost a month for my order. I have had money taken out of my account. I have emailed twice with no response. I think that I am almost resigned to never receiving the goods. I will however be chasing for my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

Ordered a Christmas bauble after the passing of my father. Got sent a “mum” instead of Dad. Emailed straight away and nothing. So went through PayPal.i said I would return it at sellers cost. Get a email back saying I can keep it as I would have to pay to send it back and I could have 50% refund!! I don’t want it I want what I ordered or refund why do I want a memorial for my mum when she’s still here 😡. So I checked what it states on their website and as they sent the wrong one NO I’m not liable to pay to send it back they are so stated this in my email reply ! Next day I get a full refund and they closed the case with PayPal . Nice try to offer me 50% . Wish I checked reviews before buying from them.

Do not buy from this site, I’m still waiting for my order,
I ordered my item on the 16/09/23, and still nothing, I have messaged them, and all I get is be patient, I think I have been more than patient with them, I have looked on the tracking and nothing, so I go through PayPal and I get a new tracking number and it’s saying it’s out for delivery from there end, So you haven’t sent my order from the date I ordered it. Absolutely disgusting service,

Took the money, then nothing. No confirmation, no goods.

Scam artists. Charge me more than the order was for and don’t reply to emails.

Dress way to big. I’m a 10/12 and ordered a small. Took ages to arrive. Probably get 3 of me in it! 3rd attempt at an email to get a return address for refund but still waiting. Be careful if you buy off these!!

Don’t even deserve one star but it’s the lowest I can rate them! Poor quality and massively oversized! DO NOT BUY!!

does anyone know if this company Luluwin are also using Jucynie Inc on payment titles?
i bought 3 pairs of the summer dresses with shorts built in via Paypal but on invoice its coming up as Jucynie Inc and sure i bought on facebook from Luluwin.co.uk.. trying to get refunded as received dress but to big and no built in shorts... I bought it in 3 different colours :-(((((

Ordered some shorts. Company listed as co.uk so thought would be ok. Item arrived after 4 weeks. Not true to size. Really poor quality. (Might of well made them out of an old bin bag, you can see straight through the material).missing all the detail that was on the photo in the advertisement.contacted customer services, got no reply.
Do yourself a favour, go to the garden centre and buy some horse manure! If you’re going to spend your money on sh it , at least get some you can use in the garden!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Bought 4 linen shirts & they are not true to size, extremely small. Can NOT get in touch with the company to get the returns address to return items for a refund. Sent 6 emails & no reply & you only get 14 day's to return....

Ordered a dress, didn't like it. Ask to return, they agreed but it would cost me more to return than the item was worth, so they offered 50% refund which I accepted. STILL NO REFUND sent numerous emails AVOID AVOID AVOID

Well I wish I’d read THESE reviews instead on the ones on Facebook before I ordered. It took a month to arrive and when it did I found the sizing to be all wrong and the fabric quality pretty poor. I wrote to them asking for return instructions but got no reply. People like this should not be allowed to trade and I will certainly never order via Facebook again.

Purchased two dresses from facebook store of luluwin, which took some time to arrive, even though they seemed to be dispatched by a UK based fullfilment center. Unfortunatley the dress sizes were incorrect, (Chinese sizes for small, med etc). And the quality of both the fabric and finish was poor.
After several attempts to contact them to return the dresses the instructions were to return the dresses to Baishi Yuncang, A02-206, Changshu Pugang Industrial Park, No. 22 Xinggang Road, Yanjiang Development Zone, 215500 Changshu
Jiangsu Province, People's Republic of China
For which the postal cost alone is 1/4 of the order price. Further I have no actual order number, invoice or receipt so even if I do return these I can't see there is much way thay will know to refund me even if I do.
AVOID this retailer and beware facebook as they perform no scrutiny whatsoever on either advertisers or stores it seems as this retailer is in breach of the Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCR) 2013. Regarding failure to disclose physical return address information, and Consumer Rights Act 2015 in failing to arrange at their cost for return shipping due to the gharments not being of satisfactory quality. I would urge anyone in this situation to initate a chargeback via their bank or card company.

When my order finally arrived after obverse 2 weeks, the item was nothing like the one advertised. All they have done is tried very poorly to copy the product with cheaper materials and very very very poor quality finish. I have tried to contact them for a refund and surprise, surprise, they are not getting back to me.
This company is NOT to be trusted at all, the whole process has been SHAMBOLIC.

I contacted the company twice asking where my order was - zero response. When it finally came two weeks after the order was made, I was shocked at the material of the dress, it's just cheap and horrible and you can see it's nothing like what's show in averts advertising the dress on Instagram. Nothing included with the order of how to return and on the website it says you have to email customer services to find out the address of where to return your order to! After doing this 4 times with no response I will be going through PayPal to try and obtain some sort of refund and will look into how I can report this company

I just received my dress from luluwin and it turned out beautiful! I did a tailored dress and it fits perfectly. The support people notified me of questions on dimensions and they were fast on making the dress and delivering it. Very satisfied.

Each time I tried this on for friends or family they sighed because it's so beautiful and I feel that I look beautiful in it. Take a chance on this dress. It's almost magic, the beauty of it.
