Stay away from this site. Product supposedly delivered. Checked details, delivered at 04.31 am, when everyone was asleep?? Checked CCTV for that day and next, no delivery was attempted! Sent through China so that you can’t get any details. When you email customer support advised they don’t take any responsibility for parcels not being delivered.

As with others, I've been scammed. Ordered beginning of January and still no delivery as at end of Feb, or any response to emails sent

Ordered the cheeseboard & was charged
Didn't arrive, so I contacted the customer support twice. Got a reply to the second email basically saying it had been delivered & I needed to check with my neighbours - the delivery date was January 2023. Someone was in all day - absolutely no deliveries!

Yes I’ve been scammed, I also ordered a cheese board for my wife for Christmas, placed order 12 December 2023, have never seen it, said it had been shipped, no tracking information…sent numerous e-mails to there support e-mail address, no response 🤬

Same story.. order never received. They said they show it was delivered.. they fulfilled their order and it’s not their problem!! Gave me a link to track it that pulls up page that says not found! Don’t use them.. TOTAL SCAM! 🤬

Ordered 3 cheeseboard as a special offer. Placed order 12 Dec 2023 have emailed 3 times and not gad a s8ngle response. Guessing l won't see my money either! Disgusting

Placed an order for three cheeseboards that have supposedly been delivered but nothing ever arrived!! Have emailed the company three times over three weeks, no response. Have had to raise a chargeback through my bank.

Yep a total scam! Just hope you are reading before purchase. They sent us an astronaut necklace too. Sad there is this may posts and these people are still in business.

Scammers! Took my money and said my item was delivered but it never arrived! Never order from this company!

I ordered a cheese board from this company but never received it nor confirmation of my order yet they took the money out on 5/1/24.

What can I say except to agree with everyone else TOTAL SCAM merchants I placed an order for no confirmation of order queried it and gives a bogus tracking number that showed the item as delivered, Rubbish I had not received it, they are liars and should be reported and prevented from trading online

They are not even worth the one Star I ordered two cheeseboards in their sale on December 2023 paid £44.00 didn't get a confirmation so waited for my credit card bill and low an behold they have taken the money it was a five to ten day delivery and now nearly the end of January still no items to say I'm furious is behond beleif they are scammers and it's about time FB stopped these ppl from doing this

Same as everyone else here. Got scammed for $105.00. What was I thinking!!!! This was supposed to be a holiday gift for a friends. I also have my spaceman necklace. Please beware, they now have your credit card number and other personally identifiable information for them to use this card. Please see if you can cancel and get a replacement card.

Scam company. Never received order after two months and won’t refund. So having to do a chargeback.
