Five star overall experience

First of all I was attracted to the London Rug company for their styles and large sizes, very impressed when pricing the rugs, appeared very good value for money.
I ordered two rugs and they arrived within 2-3 days -excellent service.
My first rug had a slight hole in the area where the end of the roll had maybe become unprotected by the wrapping. I contacted the London rug company and was issued a replacement rug straight away.
The overall service was fantastic, the order process was easy, the delivery fantastic (this was over the busy Christmas period too) and the after sales care for my fault was superb.
I will definitely recommend London Rug company and I will shop again with them.

Auroglow - given me faith again

Fantastic product, very good price but above all best service. I ordered on line and the item was dispatched the following day. Many suppliers claim they stock items and then they cannot fulfil the order, Auraglow were NOT one of these suppliers.
Thank you Auraglow for putting faith back in my internet buying !

I use courier services quite a lot and DPD are the best, great communication via text, good options for alternative arrangements if I am not in. Timely delivery, always in the window slot they confirm, and they always adhere to your safe place instructions, unlike others.

Quick all round no nonsense service. Booked on line , choice of problems listed well. Diary for dates within 24 hours and good communication until site visit.
Call before visit confirming price guidelines before work carried out.
On site visit straight to the issue, no messing around and job done. Tidy clean site during and after . Job sheet completed and paid via link which was easy. Very good service from beginning to end.

Fantastic service including a return service

My purchase was very straight forward however upon receiving my item I realised the sizing was too big. I contacted SmartBuyGlasses and followed the easy on line returns form. My glasses went back and I received a full refund within a week. Fantastic all round service. Although I did not end up keeping my product, the whole returns service was easy and no quibble. Very good service, and I will definitely use again.

So pleased I found William Wood Mirrors

I was looking for a particular mirror and after searching on line I was directed to the William Wood Mirrors website as they had a match.
The mirror was just what I was looking for, in addition to this there was a 20% new customer incentive so I ordered my mirror.
The confirmation of order came quickly with an expected lead time, I then received confirmation my item was being dispatched. Next was a text message from my delivery driver explaining how the delivery would work and asking if I wanted a safe place confirming in case I was not in. I was very impressed the service for a safe place was available, a lot of couriers do not allow this on such big items.
I kindly left all my safe place details, these were then confirmed and I awaited my delivery.
Delivery took place exactly when they said it would, the safe place instructions were followed precisly and I received my stunning mirror. The mirror was well packaged and the quality of the mirror fabulous.
I will now always look on William Wood Mirrors for my house accessories and decor ideas.
Great overall service, thank you.

Just to another delivery from B&S, todays drivers were Michael H and Dave A. As always fantastic professional service. Time slot allocated was accurate, received a call before they arrived, furniture put into relevant rooms and all clean and tidy.

Don't do it ..read Trustpilot first

The products they advertise on their website and really not the quality when they arrive. Our lights were cheap material, flimsy and had silver screws for an all black light, the four screws stuck out from a mile.
We ordered three, once established that the first was awful and we would not keep them we tried to return the other two ...what a hassle! No telephone number to ring, no return paperwork with the lights. Had to email them and each time they sent an email telling me that if I returned the items I would have to pay my own return charges plus a 10% restock charge therefore it would be better for me to keep them and they would give me a 20% discount. I emailed back to say 'no' I want a refund and want to return, I then got another email offering me 30% discount. What did they not understand, the lights were not going to be used so why would I pay 70% for an unused product. Finally they agreed to confirm how to return. What a farce !
They obviously do this to avoid you returning the items. It was not until I saw on Trust pilot everyone else's experiences that I realised I had chosen a rubbish company.
Don't do it, avoid for quality reasons and then the rip off for postage and 10% restock charge.

Fab plants and great pot choice

I fell upon the website whilst looking for a large indoor plant to fill an empty space in the corner of a room. The website was easy to use and I loved the fact they automatically paired a pot choice that would fit your plant , less hassle for me trying to match the size etc.
The next day the plant and pot arrived , very well packed and the plant in great condition.
Love my purchase and will look no further for my plants than Beards & Daisies.

Do not touch this rouge company !
I placed an order in June of this year and the height of the table was wrong. The reason the height of the table was wrong is because when I asked the height of the table, I was provided the height of the table underneath the lipped edge, not sure why the owner would give this as the height when the clearance height is less as the lipped edge runs around the outer of the table therefore any chair with arms is going to get stuck and not get underneath. This was not my error , nor a change of mind. It was a direct error of the height advice provided by the company.
Upon fitting on the 7th August , it was agreed that new legs would be ordered. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks on the 9th August. It is now 13 weeks later in trying to get my replacement legs. I have dozens of emails with various reasons for the delay, promised to have them in September, then October and now November. The email trails show obvious excuses and incorrect information throughout, including asking me what type of legs and what colour I need just a few weeks ago ? How strange if the legs were originally ordered in August as I was told ??
When I finally thought it was being delivered, I was sceptical as I had heard nothing and then suddenly it was a case of we can do it today, I agreed and was not surprised when two hours later the van had broke down and nothing arrived.
I was then told it would be the next day, but as expected I was let down again when the van was apparently still broken. Each time I was only getting told these updates as I chased them, nobody was ringing me to explain.
Since I spent all morning chasing this up and getting no response to email, text messages or calls, I finally got some response when my review went live. Unfortunately this is too late now Bespoke Table company. I have been patient, considerate to your responses, even though I had to chase all the time, even though the reasons for not arriving were somewhat strange. The communication and customer services after sale is shocking. I have now took this situation to the trading standards, you made the table incorrectly and you have not resolved as you promised 13 weeks on. Upon doing my initial research for a bespoke concrete table I had the choice out of two companies and I put my faith in this one, established in 2021 and I thought new sales would help a new business, but how wrong I was to choose the Bespoke Table company.

As stated in your review, we have delivered and Installed your bespoke order 6 weeks ago. We agreed to replace your steel legs free of charge as you wanted the table top to be higher to allow dining chairs to sit underneath when not in use. We called you and arranged delivery. As promised we was on route with your new steel legs, our van broken down on saddleworth moor in Manchester. This is absolutely out of our control. I have called you today to discuss Installation and you was not forthcoming given the situation we was in. I have attempted to rectify this and schedule delivery for tomorrow (Friday) but you told us “not to bother, stick your legs”. As stated today, we are more than happy to offer you the replacement legs free of charge as agreed, we have sent you numerous messages to schedule this but unfortunately we have not received a response back. We will wait for your reply to schedule this Install. We feel this review is very unfair given we have agreed new steel legs as per your requested.

We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Does not meet the 'brand name' it sells

Sales service was all good, the sales representative knew what I was looking for and after explaining that I am very fussy with my products etc I was assured that Thomas Sanderson were the ones to work with.
Placed my order for wave curtains and blinds.
Three days before the fit I was called by Thomas & Sanderson to say the installer had left the company and my fitting would not be going ahead, I would be told in due course who would take over the fitting and when. I was disappointed that I had took time off work for the fitting and was now being told it was not going ahead, furthermore I was told I would find out in due course when the fitting would go ahead. I explained that I was not happy to just leave the fitting in limbo, I needed to know when I would get a re-fitting. I was told that the new installer taking over the workload was very busy with his own area and I would need to be patient and just wait. I asked to speak to a manger in Customer service but I was told no mangers were available to speak to me and this was just how it was.
I contacted my sales rep, who did chase this up for me and I provided another fitting a week later.
On the day of the fitting, more disaster news. The rail that was ordered was bent, the installer would make another rail from cutting down a rail he had in his van, this worked. However the curtains were too short and would need to be re-made again. We discussed how if we dropped the height of the curtain rail slightly this might work, it was worth a try since the curtains were going to need re-making anyway. We did this and although this did not look too bad, I could not believe the sight of the rail and ugly brackets on my wall. I had discussed a discreet rail for wave curtains that almost blended into the decor and this is not what I was getting. Oh and another problem ..the curtains were NOT wave curtains and in fact a normal pleat. They looked nothing like the beautiful wave curtains they advertise.
Blinds went up and although looked okay, upon closing them they did not meet the sill as requested. What a mess ! The installer explained that I needed to reject them and he would update CS to the same effect, he apologised but explained that he was only fitting another surveyors work.
I contacted CS the following working day, but they knew nothing of my situation and the installer had not explained the mess of my curtains and blinds. Unbeleivable ?
I contacted my sales rep and provided photo's, she agreed that my curtains were certainly not wave and told me to push with CS.
I contacted CS and explained my situation , I was told this would be escalated and I would be contacted.
A few days later, nothing. So I contacted CS and was told that nobody had logged my call and nothing had been done. This was another shocking event. I dealt with Richard who apologised and completed all the relevant process to arrange a refund and collection of my unwanted wrong items. However he needed an area manager to sign this off. I was told this would be escalated and the area manager had 48 hours to complete this. Four days later I am still awaiting an area manager to sign this off. I have £1600 tied up with Thomas & Sanderson and cannot arrange an alternative window dressing until I get my refund, their customer service is shocking and they don't care once they have your order. I choose Thomas & Sanderson for the high end brand, getting the best of the best ! Don't fall for it, go to the standard high street names and don't be fooled, also this group is also part of Hillarys blinds so really I am not sure your actually getting anything different apart from paying for the 'brand name' .
Thomas & Sanderson your high end 'brand name' does not live up to its expectations.

Amazing results

Purchased the complete restoration kit and I am so impressed with the results. My Stressless leather was a little tired and had a few dog scratches but after using the kit the scratches have disappeared and my sofa looks like it did on the day of delivery.
Easy kit, plenty left for future cleans , so worth the money. Brill products!

I received first class service

Did a return journey Darlington to Edinburgh a couple of weekends ago and received fantastic service from the team on both journeys. I have been busy and forgot to post but coming on here today I was so surprised at the poor reviews? Well, all I can say is I received first class service in first class. Drinks and food brought to us timely, offered refills etc and the staff were lovely. The train was quiet and very clean and both journeys on time and easy.

Fell upon this website last week after seeing an ad on instagram, oh my word ! Love it ! Such a great choice of home items and all at such reasonable prices. Great service

Great service, received a call to book in the delivery, timings were offered were great and we didn't need to wait long. The drivers rang before they were due to arrive and kindly offered to take the items upstairs to a room of my choice. Great to see the delivery team were not playing the Covid card as some companies are still doing and refusing to take the item anywhere other than the front door.
Great all round service.
