Don't take our money if you cannot…
Don't take our money if you cannot fulfil the order....simple !
Ordered in good faith and accepted the longer lead on delivery, however the longer lead has turned into another longer lead and so on ...no plants and no communications (other than a general email sent out to the whole customer base). This is not good customer service, you should be contacting your customers with a response to their delivery.
Please don't take peoples hard earned cash and then not deliver, if you cannot fulfil the order then don't take it. I have empathy for all businesses in this current climate but please don't use Covid 19 as your excuse, I have dealt with many other garden suppliers who have fulfilled their promise. Its simple - if you don't think you can provide the items per your lead times - then don't take our money.
Asked to cancel this order twice but no response, if your reading this - cancel my order !

I have tried a few companies claiming to deliver fresh, high quality, tasty food whilst adhering to calorie control - Macro Meals are the best by far.
The quality of food was great, very tasty and a good size portion to which always helps. The packaging was good quality along with clear and simple instructions for warming up - even the timings were spot on.
Will definitely use again.

An insurance company who does what they say they will do and an insurance company who use the data from the Telematics box !
Many other insurers do not take into account good driving, but I am pleased to say Wise Driving do and I have my first refund in premium for good driving - great service and good updates on the Telematic scores too. Good dashboard data and easy to use !

Store representative was very helpful, I needed more information on a self assemble order and she looked into this for me, when the store could not confirm !00% how much self assemble was needed she referred to the store manager and agreed to have the items delivered to store and they would self assemble for me. Going that extra mile counts ! Great customer service

Goodbye Jo Malone and Neom ...hello Noble Isle ....
Researched the top 10 diffusers and Noble Isle came up, I must say I had not heard of this brand until now and I am usually a Jo Malone and Neom purchaser.
I took the recommendation of Rhubarb and I was not disappointed, great product, great smell and released nicely. I am now on my 3rd diffuser and I have moved onto the candle. The order process is simple and the items are delivered very quickly- great service all round !!

My husband had the idea to try Diet Chef and I must say I was sceptical about the taste of food that was to help you diet. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the portion size was and more importantly the flavour and taste of the products. Every meal so far has been superb and the choice great. We have both lost weight at a steady pace which is a great way to lose and I am definitely a transformed fan of Diet Chef.

The meet and greet service was just so easy, I have always used the meet and greet and Leeds is always the best. The service had been improved since last time I used it and I found the new process very easy. Definitely worth paying the few pounds more for this service.

A bit of a chew arranging delivery
A bit of a chew arranging delivery, only had a van in my area on a set day and by the time I will have got my purchase it would of been 10 days after the item came in stock. Bearing in mind they take the full money for the item upfront and you await stock , then have to await a further 10 days for delivery - not great. When I complained about it, I got the usual story of it does say somewhere on our website we can take up to 14 days to deliver. However being a B&S customer for over 20 years, the delivery service has got worse. Not only is the delivery cost with everything now no matter how many of thousands you spend with them, its now a case of only a few trucks in your area. I am aware the North east drivers have to travel to deliveries in Cornwall and beyond as B&S don't employer drivers in these southern area's so it seems that the delivery service is a little stretched to say the least. .Finally had to agree to pick up my own item from the warehouse as I did not want to wait the 10 day delivery slot, however nobody told me that my item then became a boxed item and we had to assemble ourselves. One of the reasons I choose B&S is for the assembled furniture as I don't buy flat pack , well on this occasion I had to do flat pack but pay the premium for it. B&S is going down hill over the years!
