Team Octapus are fantastic - a rare quality in Customer Service these days !

I normally use the fantastic website for most of my enquires, however today I was not sure on something so I called Octapus instead. I was promptly answered and the advisor was very knowledgeable, clear and considerate to my needs. We resolved my enquires quickly and I also got to reduce my Gas costs as their was a cheaper tariff available. This is yet again outstanding, no nonsense service from the best energy supplier out there. I have recommended Octapus Energy to others, they are just great ! Which is a very rare thing these days. Thank you to all at Team Octapus !

False stock leadtimes and holding onto refunds longer than necessary

Item ordered that was confirmed as in stock, order confirmed and then zero communication, after chasing via a live chat that isnt really live as you leave your message and then they get back to you days after it was discovered my item was actually not in stock. I cancelled my item as I was unable to wait on their lead time, they had failed to fulfil their lead time.
Refund requsted and still waiting , keep chasing and I get told by Gemma that its been processed at their end and to be patient. However NO REFUND still and nothing has been processed at my end, you can tell me all you like that you have processed something at your end however if the payment is not pending nor with me...then I have NOT got my refund.
Fancy social media sales , but be warned that they are taking orders for items they do not have stock of and then holding onto your money !

Really no water in the whole of your store !

Took delivery of my shopping and my water was unavailable, okay I get the one I chose but my substitute instructions are 'any still water' but you send my shop without any water and say no alternative was available! Rubbish ! I contacted customer services who were useless, they responded by saying they did not have an alternative of any kind ! Once again rubbish ..If I go online right now now for a swoosh delivery from the same stop there is plenty of other still water brands available.
How is it so hard to offer a still water substitute of any brand, any size ?? Simple answer; it is NOT. What is more annyoing than not getting any water is the generic customer service answer , although from a real person ....its very much 'COMPUTER SAYS NO SO I FOLLOW SUIT'
Tesco - sort it out ...other supermarkets have this kind of thing nailed ...your substitute process is terrible !

Feeling let down by Miele money back promise, still awaiting a month after they QC my product back

I purchased the Miele Duoflex HX1 Nordic Blue GB Vacuum cleaner as it offered a money back guarantee. As I have used another brand for such a long time this interested me as I was keen to purchase more Miele products but was nervous about my change in vacuum cleaner brand. Unfortunately it did not work out but I was okay with this and processed my claim for a return and full 100% money back. My item was returned in its original packing etc and received by Miele, who confirmed the item would be quality checked and confirmed within 10 days. This was a month ago nearly (7th July). I have chased this up several times and my status shows quality check complete and refund due. However no monies have come back, bearing in mind I have paid out for another vacuum cleaner whilst I await Miele to sort this. I have used their online chat and message service several times and I get a generic email back saying they will look into. This is unfair, dont offer a money back system, take my product back and then hold onto my money.
I have other products from Miele and now I am left with a bad taste of this customer journey experience.
Please complete the promise you offered and refund me as you promise you will do, and please offer better customer service other than generic useless emails telling me nothing.
I have since had CS ask for further information regarding my order/refund, this was provided 6th August so I await the next steps

Two stars review not a one star ! Second set of drawers faulty

Overall I will give a 3 star review, I did begin at a 1 star but I do feel Feather & Black responded quickly following my review and conversation with CS and today Peter has offered various resolutions of which I opted for one that suited me.
Ordered the Camba super king bed frame with matching bedsides and six drawer chest. I paid for the assemble on all items. When the delivery drivers had finished they did not report any issues with the furniture. As soon as I went to open the chest of drawers it was apparant that the drawer assembly was a shambles. Two drawers had a crack in the front, both were bowed. The bottom drawers pulled out at different lengths, looking like one was permanently jammed and there was a dent on the front corner. This was disappointing but much more annoying that the guys had just failed to tell me, all faults were so obvious, all they had to do was say these are faulty and we will arrange another. After contacting customer services I was assured a replacement straight away which was good. A replacement was issued again this week but unfortunately the drawers albeit working better than the last ones, still had some cosmetic damage marks to the top.
I have since spoken to CS and resolved this issue, I do hope F&B can work with their supplier/manufacturer to find out why they are sending items to customers on behalf of F&B which are not quite up to a 100% quality check.

Refund issue but resolved quickly once Customre Services accepted my feedback

I purchased a home item over the phone the Harrogate shop and paid for premium delivery. My item did not arrive so I contacted them only to be told I had missed the delivery and the item was on its way back to the warehouse. I assured I had not missed any delivery and upon checking CCTV I confirmed this back to the shop.
They later realised that the wrong address had been chosen and the item went to an old address hence why I did not get it.
They were unable to offer a replacement and I was told I would have to wait for the item to come back to the warehouse and eventually I would get a refund, Bearing in mind it was a £250 spend I found this poor service and expressed my disappointment. The Harrogate shop rang customer services to ask if there was anything they could do as it was not my fault this had gone awfully wrong, CS advised no I would have to wait indefinitely. Harrogate confirmed it was now in the hands of Customer Services and there was nothing else they could do.
Still no refund, I have chased customer services today and after a lengthy live chat I was told that they could not see the order, not see the return and did not know how to help me. I was told to go back to the Harrogate shop to ask them !
I have since had contact from Customer Services who have sincerly apologised and have now resolved my refund, therefore I have upgraded from 1 star to 3 star as they did resolve once I expressed my frustration.

Outstanding quality

Fell upon this website whilst looking for items to decorate my grand daughters room. There was no much choice I had to control myself as I would of ordered everything ! Chose my items and today all of the items were delivered. Firstly excellent packing, then some of the items needed assembling, however this was all very easy and the quality of everything was fabulous.
Great good quality items and all look amazing, I have recommended you to my daughter in law.

Outstanding overall service from sale to fit !

Discovered Bed Kingdom looking for a childs midi bed, I found that Bed Kingdom was the most competitive. Upon placing the order I chased up to ask what my expected lead time was, I was responed to by Marwin who confirmed my lead time and explained what would happen next. I later received another email to check my mattress had been delivered. My bed frame was delivered today and the fitter was very quick with the bed making, he was polite and took his shows off. The quality of the bed is fabulous and I am very impressed with the full service from Bed Kingdom and the customer service from Marwin. I would highly recommend them.

Hard Rock Hotel was looking tired and…

Hard Rock Hotel was looking tired and rooms were not great. Double bed was two singles pushed together but made up as two singles, so could not use as a double. Room was scruffy and the cleaner did the bare minimu.
Service in the UTC bar was horrific and breakfast was like a zoo with children running all over the place. Stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel on and off since 2018 but will not be returning.

Quick to take money but 6 days on and no products even though I opted for 24hr delivery.…

Chose this website for items I needed quick for a suffering friend, chose the 24 hr delivery to ensure I got them quick. Now 6 days on and no delivery, chased them twice and they waffled on about the tracking number being available soon? Surely the 24hr service should provide a tracking number immediately?Any way , still no items, never use again. Take your money and fail to deliver as promised!

I think I will become a regular ....im impressed

I have been pondering over these flowers for a while and the current offer with free vase was my final trigger to try. I must say the flowers arrived on time as agreed and packed so well, plenty of room for the flowers and all arrived in great condition.
The flowers with the free vase look wonderful in my hallway. I am very impressed and may become a regular to these !

Dont be fooled by the website buy in and don't believe their delivery date promise

The website tells the story of wonderful gift, wonderful packaging and a sentimental gift. However If they cannot deliver as they say they will - what is the point ?
A delivery date is important if it is a gift, I choose The presentree specifically for their delivery date. However 2 days past the agreed delivery date it is still NOT with the person whom I gifted. Upon contacting them for help and hopefully a revised order via a guaranteed delivery method I was met with an apology, and told Royal Mail are usually reliable and if I still dont have anything in 2 days time to contact back - what rubbish customer service. Your missing the point - its already late and you have done nothing to resolve this issue.
Never use again and will spread the word - your website is hype !
