Wat vervelend om te horen dat er iets niet goed is gegaan met je bestelling en je niet in contact kunt komen met onze klantenservice. We zijn momenteel bezig met een magazijnovergang. Dit doen we zodat we je in de toekomst nóg sneller en beter van dienst kunnen zijn. Helaas zien we dat niet alles loopt zoals het zou moeten. We hebben daarom onder andere vertraging in onze klantenservice opgelopen, maar we doen er alles aan om het snel op te lossen. We hopen op je begrip tijdens deze overgangsperiode.
Was tracking my delivery and it seemed the delivery guy pulled up outside my house. Was expecting the door to ring, but suddenly the driver drove off and apparently the package has been delivered.
So bizarre. It’s not with my neighbors. He didn’t ring our house. Literally outside the door, but seems got too scared to ring the bell.
Maybe Budbee should have a door ringing simulation in their hiring interviews

We are terribly sorry about that! Please contact us through our contact form on our website so we can take the issue further with the driver and make sure it never happens again.
So many issues with my Cube racebike, mostly due to the ineptitude of the dealer in assembling the bike.
Mainly the issue is to do with the back wheel. Firstly, rear kogel lagers not tightened so was incredbly unstable. Then hub was rough. Now that this is fixed but they have missed out a washer on the casette so that this rattles.
Charged 20 Euros import charges. Think twice if ordering to Europe

We do have shipping options that cover shipping, and this would be the 'Insured Shipping' option at checkout. As you have no chosen this option, we are so sorry that we are unable to cover for the customs charges that you have incurred.
As much we do best our best to ensure no custom fees are being charged to customers, we hope you understand that do not have control over the ultimate decision made by individual country's customs. Each country's jurisdiction is different, and the ultimate decision to tax the recipient is at their discretion based on what they believe the value of the item is, despite what we declare on the parcel upon dispatch.
While I understand delays are happening due to Corona, it does not excuse that it has taken a month and I still have not received a refund for a returned item
I am concerned that I never will and will lose my money. I would be very cautious about using this company

Booked a car to pick up at Milan airport. Booked through agent and confirmation clearly states all taxes are paid for.
They wouldn’t give us the car unless we paid for a diesel tax (didn’t request or want a diesel car)
Called the booking agent and they confirmed that no additional taxes should be paid. They asked me to pass the phone to the person at the check in desk. The person at the desk refused to take the phone saying I wasn’t a customer as the car was booked in my partners name. I passed the phone to my partner to pass to them and they said ‘I don’t take the phone of no one!’

Initially was a bit disappointed as sunglasses had some dirt and marks on them.
After writing a review, Mister Spex immediately got in touch with me to resolve the issue. I was very impressed by that and would definitely order from them again

Had to change the dates of our hotel booking. It was a non refundable booking, but contacted the hotel directly and they had absolutely no problem changing the dates. This was confirmed by email. The hotel did ask for me to get in touch with hotels.com to amend it on their system
Contacted hotels.com 10 times now and each time they fail to make the change. They are so inept at their job they can’t even get in touch with the hotel. I did it personally and it was so easy. I even gave them the contact details of the manager they need to speak to. Quite ironic for a hotels booking company to not be able to get in touch with hotels
Want to get in touch to change flight details. Tried 4 times, this final time being on hold for an hour. No one answers the phone
UPDATE: I provided MyTrip with my booking details as they requested. They responded by saying that I need to call them and that "this case has now been closed and that you cannot reply to this email"
The whole problem is that it is impossible to call them as they do not answer the phone
I strongly advise to avoid using this company at all costs

Please provide us with your booking code in our personal request, so that we can locate your booking and assist you accordingly.
Wore my picture ski pants for 3 days and they came apart down the seams.
Requested to return the pants. After many phone calls and emails finally get a response saying they will get back to me within 6-8 weeks
Three months later and several emails and phone calls, still no response. Only after contacting PayPal to open a disputed have they said to send the pants back, but to France! Although will not offer refund on a faulty product

According to our General Terms and Conditions, we're to ask the brand about what they want to do. In your case, the pants can be repaired, so you need to send it us back in order to do so. However, we do apologize for the delay in getting back to you.
Been trying to get hold of customer services for 3 months. Sent several emails, but no response. Call the call centre several times, but call is never answered; was on hold for 45 minutes this time.
