Worst after sales support ever…

Worst after sales support ever experienced!

Wore my picture ski pants for 3 days and they came apart down the seams.

Requested to return the pants. After many phone calls and emails finally get a response saying they will get back to me within 6-8 weeks

Three months later and several emails and phone calls, still no response. Only after contacting PayPal to open a disputed have they said to send the pants back, but to France! Although will not offer refund on a faulty product

According to our General Terms and Conditions, we're to ask the brand about what they want to do.
In your case, the pants can be repaired, so you need to send it us back in order to do so.
