Craft Siberian 2.0 Split Finger aangeschaft. Na een kort 5km op de MTB weer huiswaarts gegaan... koude handen. Nu wil ik deze retourneren... en wat denk je? Het antwoord van BAKKERRACING: wij nemen geen gebruikte handschoenen terug. M.a.w. u heeft pech. Waardeloze service!

Bedankt voor uw review! Wat vervelend om te horen dat uw ervaring met BakkerRacing niet naar wens is geweest. Natuurlijk zult u begrijpen dat wij gebruikte producten niet retour kunnen nemen, gezien we deze niet meer als zijnde nieuw kunnen verkopen. Dit bespreken we ook op onze website. Vervelend is het zeker dat u koude handen ervaart tijdens het fietsen, wellicht fijn een advies op maat te krijgen.

Does not refund returned goods

While I understand delays are happening due to Corona, it does not excuse that it has taken a month and I still have not received a refund for a returned item

I am concerned that I never will and will lose my money. I would be very cautious about using this company

Great service

Quick response to e-mails, and after short visit (wanted to see the bike myself first, make sure it was to my liking), and full measurements, bike was put to my specs and took it home after 1-2 hours. Great service.

Positive experience

I had a different experience than some of the negatieve reviews describe. Before my purchase I received quick and adequate response on my emails from Banker Racing Products. Delivery was quick and the bike was delivered according to some desired adjustments as discussed. Good job!
