Absolutely terrible experience with Prenatal customer service. I placed an order online on September 23rd for several baby essentials, including a car seat and IsoFix base. The order arrived in two separate shipments, but I was sent another article twice and never received the car seat or Isofix base.
Since then, I’ve tried to contact Prenatal customer service multiple times to report the issue with missing articles: I’ve emailed, called (no one ever answers!), and sent photos — no one replies, only automated apologies for “delays.” It’s been over two weeks and still no resolution, refund or replacement. I even went to a physical store, but was told they couldn’t do anything...
This is completely unacceptable, especially given the high value and importance of the missing items. It’s shocking that a company catering to expectant parents can show such a lack of care and accountability!!! I used to trust Prenatal, but after this experience, I’ll never buy from them again unless this is fixed immediately.
I ordered an item (order number 1001392065) worth €259 from Prénatal.nl but accidentally entered my address partly wrong. The postal code and house number are correct, but the street and city names are not. I realized this quickly and emailed them within an hour of placing the order on a Sunday, before the item was even processed.
They replied that it’s “not possible” to change any information, which makes absolutely no sense. The order hasn’t been processed yet and I believe that they can still fix it if they want to. Instead, they told me it will “likely” be returned to them and that I’ll get a refund later. Meanwhile, I have no idea where the package will even end up since the address doesn’t exist.
This policy is just absurd. Why refuse to fix such a simple issue? It creates unnecessary stress, wastes time, and risks losing the package completely. Extremely disappointing and careless customer service.
Arrived quickly and on time. Product was smaller than anticipated, but works great all the same. Fits perfectly in the room

Second time I got gift card and system on the webside just doesnt work. Same thiing for the second time and their support number is very bad, I waited first time 30 min plus and this time I am leaving this bad review. Cannot wait to be done with gift card haha. Byeee

Very very bad! Delivery within 5 days doesnt work, question will it ever work. You contact them via email, formulier - no answers, call them - nobody picks up (was on the phone for 30 min!!!). I ordered a present for my friends abroad a week ago, nothing came, have to travel without it!!!

I placed my order on April 19, and after over two weeks of waiting without any clear updates, my order was canceled on May 7.
There was no proactive communication — I had to follow up myself to find out what was going on. It’s really disappointing to be left in the dark for so long, especially when you're expecting items for a time-sensitive occasion like a pregnancy.
This experience has made me think twice about ordering from Prénatal again. I expected better service, especially from a store that caters to such an important period in people’s lives.

The online prenatal store displays all the signs of a fraud. My order was supposed to arrive within 2–4 days, yet it's been 15 days with no update or communication about the delay. Customer service is completely unresponsive: emails and contact forms go unanswered, and phone support is useless (I waited over 30 minutes with no response). The only place I received any reply was via Instagram. First, they promised the shipment would go out "ASAP," but as soon as I asked to cancel the order, they suddenly claimed it had already shipped and could no longer be canceled. The whole experience has been incredibly unprofessional and insulting to the customer's intelligence. I strongly advise against ordering from them.

Extremely poor service by prenatal. Seems like there is a misconception about this company among people who use it mostly to gift cards to others. I would not recommend it to anyone for anything. Poor products, poor options, over priced, products branded prenatal are not worth even garbage. Physical Stores demo fancy overpriced items creating a false image of quality products for a premium while reality is far from that. If you were buying philips product then prenatal or gas station shop won’t matter (yet prenatal would overcharge) but when it comes to less known brands, they offer the worst products for the highest premium.
Product ordered was canceled a number of times, yes I got a refund but what I needed was a product I ordered after wasting time with prenatal, meaning inventory is not matching the website. Some times not even able to place order at all, some payment refused error message shown both using gift cards and ideal. Unreliable ecom. They are so poorly reviewed yet seem unaffected by all criticism. Not one time experience, I have quite some gift cards to spend :)

Bought a Fox 5 stroller in their shop and ordered it there on their kiosk. I stayed at home for a whole day waiting for it. It came, and it was shockingly a Fox 3. I called them, and they told me to bring it to a postnl point or one of their stores. Come on, the package was 19.2 kilo and I don't have a car. The client service lady on the telephone said, 'to compensate for your inconvenience, we are giving you a voucher.' Seeing no other way out of this, I called up my friend to drive me to their store. I came home and found out the voucher they gave me was worth a whopping 20 euro, which translates to an 18.9 euro discount off of the price. Is this a joke? After all this trouble and this much time wasted, now I have to stay at home for another day for this to be delivered for 18.9 euros?
I called their client service again, stated my case, and was made to wait for 5 minutes before the line automatically disconnected. Then another client service person called me back and said, 20 euro is the maximum we can offer. I bet they had a fun chat while I was waiting, 'Technically he is not a client anymore, so to hell with him and his complaints'.
The whole experience makes me feel like shit! It was my first time shopping with them, and I guess it will be my last. Never will I step into their stores.

I will never buy anything from this store again.

I purchased 4 items on the 13th December (order n. 1000194658). I received one out of 3, within a week.
I totally forgot about the rest as that item received was pretty big (frame for a baby bed). After around a month, I received a second package with the 3 little items which I firstly forgot. I wrote them thinking I missed one, but wrote them afterwards realising I just needed to do a return for the 3 items arrived on the 10th of January.
So I do that, I ship back on the 14th January and then I expect the reinboursement within 2 weeks as per their terms and conditions.
At today, 12th February, a month later, no reinboursement.
I wrote emails, contacted via their website and called and called. Nobody answers, ever. You can stay 20 mins on the phone and absolutely nothing.
They answered to an old email where I thought I missed the bed and then wrote already an amendment, but weeks later so their answer didn’t make any sense at all.
UNBELIEVABLE. I didn’t expect such a bad (or not existent!) customer service for such a well known brand. And also, the reinboursement is so ridiculous (13€ approx.) that I don’t know what’s the problem in processing it. I also attached the proof of shipment and again, it was 1 month ago.
I will never buy anything else online or in the shop, from this brand.

I placed my order on 18/01. My order qualified for a free item. The next day I received an email that the free item was not available anymore so it was cancelled. The day after that, I received an email that the delivery date would not be 5 days as stated in the site, but it was unknown when it would be. I contacted customer service by phone, after being on wait for 26 minutes, I was told 1. That they could not replace the free item with another colour that is available - meanwhile to this day 28/01 the item is still available to purchase in their site... And 2. I asked a delivery date to be specified as I cannot wait for a month for my purchase, or for the order to be cancelled so I can order elsewhere. The reply? Their system does not allow them to cancel orders and I have to wait for the delivery, and only after I can make a return (shipping costs covered by me).
