Very disappointed that a simple claim…
Very disappointed that a simple claim can take so long. All documents provided except for the receipt for the work carried out on a cracked bumper. The car hire company did eventually provide this but now there is no response from Claimez to any of my messages, which they claim will be responded to in 5 working days. Claim has now been ongoing for 3 months.

A simple no fault chipped windscreen on 22/06/25 and here we are some 14+ weeks later still £839 out of pocket and awaiting response from them to settle the claim. I wouldn’t like to be involved in anything more serious whilst trying to claim on this insurance policy. Claimez should Claimez should change their name to Claimrd

Razia was amazing
Razia was amazing. I went from tearing my hair out not hearing back to Razia stepping in and sorting everything so proficiently and with great professionalism.
I dropped one star as the first month or so I heard nothing back. I think there was a bit of an internal muddle. But once I called and got Razia it was full steam ahead.
Claim was simple
Claim was simple - just follow the instructions and make sure all your documents are available. Razia was very helpful throughout including the communications. Turnaround was quick. Thank you!
Terrible service
Terrible service. They don't answer or give updates for 6 weeks. I have provided them with everything they had asked for and they just stopped answering. Its a simple case of a scratch on the car with repair cost of only around 400euros.
EXTREMELY Poor Communication for 2025!
I would like to give them four or five stars but cannot in good conscience as I wouldn't want to mislead any perspective customers.
I did receive the majority of my claim refund - eventually.
I had a minor claim for £742 for ONLY a smashed rear window (don't ask...LOL). I received the invoice for the repair only a few days after the incident and paid the car rental company immediately so I could begin the claim process. I uploaded the required documentation (or so I thought) straight away. Understanding these things don't happen straight away, I was more than willing to wait. After several weeks of not receiving acknowledgment my claim had even been received, I reached out to them to enquire. A couple more weeks passed by and was told I needed 'X' and 'Y' documents - documents I had already sent. Sent them again with no acknowledgment of them being received. A couple more weeks go by until I was contacted, again telling me I needed 'X' and 'Y' documents AGAIN! The same documents and proof I had already sent them. Despite having provided PROOF of payment to the Car Rental company, this entire process was quite 'questionable' to say the least. I actually believed I was being scammed - even though I was the one who 'contacted' them.
There was a glimmer of hope one day when I received a phone call from a very friendly, attentive voice from ClaimEz - I am being sincere, the woman on the other end was very nice to talk to. That went by the wayside when the delay between correspondences (messages on their site) continued to be very sparse.
I received payment just a few days ago and am happy to report that. For me, my biggest complaint is simply the lack of communication on their part. For every five or six e-mails I would send them, I would receive one, simple e-mail. At one point I began e-mailing them every day, just because I was looking for any kind of update. The entire process took approximately three months which, I do not mind - I simply wanted an update whenever I had to send a document to verify it was what they were requesting.
I am very satisfied with how this was handled
My claim was handled by Razia and I was very satisfied with the good communication throughout the process. I felt I was dealing with somebody who would do their best to help the claim be settled as quickly as possible. I have this insurance for many years and never knew if it would work. Now I know, after my first claim ever, that it works smoothly when you have all requested documents.
No payout, no replies, case still “live”
It has been nearly 3 months since I raised my claim and 11 days since I sent them the last (of many) documents they asked for but nobody bothers to reply and there has been no payment made. I am now beginning to think that I have been scammed.
An excellent claims system
The on-line claim process is very well designed and easy to use. The agent who dealt with my claim (Razia) was courteous and helpful, and the claim was processed swiftly and efficiently.
I provided the last document on 14th August, the claim was approved on the 15th, and in my bank on the 18th !

I had an accident at April. I made a claim
with Worldwide insure vehicle rental. They asked me for the documentation. I gave them the rental agreement, police report and pay by cash invoice. After 4 months they refused my claim. You are not allowed to pay by cash. I will tell you do not trust WorldWide Insure rental vehicle. because they cheat people. You have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge – but you must do so within six months of the date of this letter. If you do not refer your complaint in time, the Ombudsman will not have our permission to consider your complaint and so will only be able to do so in very limited circumstances.
For example, if the Ombudsman believes that the delay was as a result of exceptional circumstances.

A very positive experience throughout
My claim was handled by Razia and I was very satisfied with the good communication throughout the process. I felt I was dealing with somebody who understood what I was saying and would do their best to help the claim be settled as quickly as possible. Some documents requested were not so easy or quick to come by, but Razia was very helpful and patient. Having to make a claim on your insurance is never a good feeling and you wonder if the company will actually pay up in the end, but I had a good feeling about this all along.
Slow process but did pay out
Slow process, required chasing regularly to keep the claim moving. My (large) claim was paid in full, but I was out of pocket for a month in the process.
I submitted all paperwork quickly (luckily had no issues getting all the many documents required from car hire company and my bank) but had to repeatedly chase to get the claim to move forward.

I have been using worldwide ensure for many years without any problem I was so happy to suggest everyone to use it. BUT this last time the refund is getting like a nightmare.they have passed the refund task to claimez
I have sent the documentation several times, sent the banking details in PDF (it is the only way they accept it). They, CLAIMEZ, the company that takes care of the refunds, has kept asking for info, for more than two months, and now it is more than one month that they have ghosted me, despite the message I keep receiving every time I send an email, saying that I will get an answer in max 5 days time.
Something has changed and not in the best way.
