Impossible to reach customer services
Want to get in touch to change flight details. Tried 4 times, this final time being on hold for an hour. No one answers the phone
UPDATE:
I provided MyTrip with my booking details as they requested. They responded by saying that I need to call them and that "this case has now been closed and that you cannot reply to this email"
The whole problem is that it is impossible to call them as they do not answer the phone
I strongly advise to avoid using this company at all costs
