Instant Fix It Is Not!!!

Had to cancel. After waiting and waiting and being fobbed off time and time again finally part was replaced and boiler serviced. Only to find heating hardly comes on and have barely lukewarm water. No choice now but to pay for another service elsewhere.

Communication vague and unacceptable

Service is over 2 years over due and had a recent breakdown which was temporarily fixed by a friend, the reason signed up with Alpha.
Over a week ago engineer came, a new part required so said would service the boiler when come to fit the part.
Completely vague of when coming back so called at end of last week and got nowhere. Was like talking to a robot, customers service representative seemed like reading from the database. So left hanging and have no idea of when the boiler will be serviced.
Very efficient at taking my money for "instant fix', which is misleading.
Called today and told would get call back with appointment and didn't.
Emailed twice following calls with no response.
Communication vague and unacceptable on the brink of cancelling.

Delivery came alls well. Received email to rate delivery followed by an email saying "Our courier informed us that they were unable to locate or access the address used for your recent order"????

Room For Improvement

Incredibly difficult to talk to a human.
After using some tactics to beat the bot and got through to talk to human the service was excellent.
Boiler service booked so will review again after that.

What a sham!!!

What a sham!!!
Woke up with a shock to have a 'Enforcement Notice' put through my door. Took a while to realise that absolutely nothing to do with me or my address.
If Dukes Baliffs Limited are the country's leading collection agency gawd knows what the worse are like!!!???!!!
The notice was "hand delivered" and the address scrolled in pen was "23" - no post code, road, area, city just "23" - really???

Sometimes, without our knowledge or that of our client, an address provided to us may be outdated or incorrect. We always conduct thorough checks using credit reference agencies, but if no updated address is available, we must rely on the information available to us.

If you’ve received a letter not addressed to you, the simplest solution is to return it to sender (RTS). Alternatively, if you have opened it by mistake, you can use the quick form on our website to update us. This helps ensure no further correspondence is sent to your address.

Final straw!!!!

Final straw!!!!
Once again been "had" by buyer. On top of that this ridiculous "seller rating".
Such a shame that something used to get so much joy from has been ruined.
Bring back the old auction eBay for a bit of fun and make bit of extra cash along with it.
Now just turned in to another Amazon.
No longer selling more trouble than worth and losing money instead of making it.

Messed Up

For personal reasons cancelled Evri order to send on eBay and went direct to Evri.
Long one short hasn't been cancelled and saying that is in transit even though did not use the eBay Evri label and Evri direct are saying in transit too.
So have ended up paying twice for one service.

Maybe Ruined Christmas For Me & My Family

My postman Colin he is amazing. If was leaving a review for him to be 10* out of 5*.
As an organisation in 2024 Royal Mail is the absolute pits.
As a customer I have zero confidence in Royal Mail and from what I can gather pretty pants to work for as well.
Sent a whole parcel full of gifts to family, adults and children alike.
Colin collected fine. Looked today and photo of parcel left 3 days ago on doorstep and stated "left in safe place"!!!!! This is not a safe place at all.
Since it was dumped on the doorstep no has been home. When someone returns home they will check if it's still there or if an unlikely kindly neighbour has retrieved it.
If not found then thanks Royal Mail for ruining mine and my family's Christmas.
