Disappointing Lack of Customer Service

Had a personal issue with product after using a small amount. Emailed in great detail to let HempHash know. Specifically made known was not a complaint. Asked for advise and want to send item back as not much else can do with it. Been a week now with no response. For me waste of time and money. Giving a chance to respond after this review. see what happens???

Cannot comment on the prouduct yet as only just received it. My pet has eaten her food with it in. My only quibble is Proflax could do with taking the theory of "less is more". The booklet enclosed was more like a novel and found it overwhelming with amount of products and information.

Put in to a false sense of security

Put in to a false sense of security. As always seller biased. Was told would not be out of pocket from sale return and lied to twice.
Would recommend not selling anything over £20. Had enough of this happening time and time again so by end of year not selling on eBay at all and may even consider closing account.

Massive Room For Improvement

Mmmmmm hit & miss.
Very rarely good value, surprisingly Uber most of time cheaper. The App is not the best. Unable to easily change p[ersonal details. Took seconds with Uber had to contact via online form with Veezu. Massive room for improvement.
