Being held hostage.

Being held hostage to keep an email account open that really could do with closing down for the last few years, lost count. It's 2025 not 2005, surely can change email address and carry reviews over.

Palaver!!!

It's al very well having free whatever for however many months but it's not clear on website what you have until when and how much being charged. & obviously don't get me started on the whole "pause" "cancel" membership palaver!!!

Taken Advantage Of

Great products and customer service. Let down by pushy sales after order gone through to order items at discount prices with a countdown clock!!!
Fell for this ordering a deodorant refill in a rush thinking it was a full deodorant. Surely I can't be the only person falling for this.
Granted I can return but by time pid for the postage it's really not worth the £1 or so I'll get back.
For this reason I will not be ordering again,

Absolute tosh for a private seller

Absolute tosh for a private seller. New postage regulations is the final straw. Wish selling sites would let the seller have more control, options for postage printing, collection and choice. The machine to scan Evri QR codes has been down for months.

Returns Especially A Palaver

All pretty much ok apart from delivery and returns process.
So confusing with the multiple couriers and "brand partners".
There was one item from Pretty Little Thing that didn't want to return but went through the motions to test.
Put in order number and other details asked for and order couldn't be found.
One return to BooHoo no options to return that easily suited me (no collection at all) plus with a £1.99 fee that wasn't made clear when ordering.
And lastly H&O Direct have to email to request return.
In conclusion a right palaver and kerfuffle.

We do not provide collections for returns for Debenhams Group items. The 1.99 return fee is clearly mentioned in our return policy on our website.
