Not good enough

What happened. Topped up yesterday money taken, email to clarify- hasn't been credited to meter showing "warning low in. credit".
Emailed and to be fair quick response.
Massive long number to very awkward and difficult to put in to meter. Took a good 45 minutes frustratingly to complete.
For me it was an extremely difficult task, I'm sure anyone with a severe mental impairment or less knowledgeable would find this impossible to carry out.
The link to how to add credit direct to the meter was reams long and overwhelming- couldn't make sense of it. Fortunately I found my way on my own.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by the issue with your top-ups not being applied to the meter automatically. Unfortunately, smart meters can sometimes experience connectivity issues, which can prevent top-ups from reaching the meter as expected.

After reviewing your account, I can confirm that we did experience a temporary loss of connection to your meter. However, the connectivity has now been restored, so future top-ups should be applied directly to the meter without issue.

I’ve also passed along your feedback about the instructions, with the goal of making this process clearer and more straightforward moving forward.

Complete scammers end of.

Complete scammers end of.
Had to go direct to bank to receive refund despite efforts to contact Look Incredible.
Not sure how still getting away with still being available especially when name is easily confused with other genuine businesses like Look Fantastic.

Disgraceful & Shameful

It is with much regret that after being a member of eBay since 2001 buying and private selling that I will be closing my account in the very near future.
Not only brought in unable to see who's following your profile but now after years of an "above standard' selling level eBay have decided to change the goal posts and somehow have managed to change it to 'below standard' despite having 100% feedback.
Playing everything by the book even if it means my time and effort and/or losing out and losing money.
And all this disruption, disappointment and upset as a personal seller selling as a hobby that I was enjoying most of the time.
I would understand this stringent scoring for a business seller but for a private seller just trying to make a bit of extra cash - really???
Going to move on to Vinted now eBays loss!!!

Collection Rubbish

My first attempt at Ziffit not the best.
Granted Ziffit have no control over the courier collection (DPD).
Waited in for collection, with no driver attempting to collect and DPD stated:
"When our driver arrived we were advised there was nothing to collect".
Have contacted Ziffit hoping for recollection .
One more chance for a better or worse review.....

Ordered a SIM in haste, never used it or wanted to. Bit of a palaver to cancel.
Be preferable if could order SIM free of charge and then pay once active.
Customer service seems great at the moment.

The usual receive email for offer go to get offer and doesn't work. Luckily I have my wits about me to realise that. Feel sorry for those who end up paying full price instead of the offer. Not sure how Audible get away with it???

Okish

Like others that print/sprayed to order shame unable to return at all even for a lesser refund.
No size guide and found getting the right size tricky.
Shorts first orders size M 10 way too small so ordered a 12, which fit yet still tight especially for a 12.
Ordered a large in t-shirt and absolutely ginormous in all directions. So re-ordered a cropped M which was fine.
Tshirt quality great, short quality questionable the zip not the best weak and cranky.

For over a year now still unable to change email address taking reviews with it.
I now no longer have access to the email address attached to Trustpilot so can’t log in online, which is a real pain.
Fortunately still have access through app but it’s not the same.

Clothes and Delivery Fine Returns Awful

Clothes are ok return options ridiculous.
First off once chosen return option can't change.
Next I want to print off my returns label to sent as it's a million times easier for me.
One of the many reasons it's easier as my local Evri drop machine is much of the time out of order and for a long time.
I am now stuck with items I want to return and unable to.
Getting hold of boohoo in time to sort this is a struggle. For this reason it is unlikely will use again. Has caused horrific consequences to my mental health.
Return collection via Royal Mail can't be that difficult to set up & have the option to print label.
Gutted as well to have spent £7.99 on delivery & free returns for a year, when the returns service is useless for me.
