How Do They Get Away With It???

Not one for saying this cliche, however, "if could give no stars I would". Going through horrendous circumstances at present having to deal with NHSBSA has pushed me over the edge. Not easy. Was told over was all sorted now today received letter to pay an extortionate amount. Challenged it online, not clear no clue. Absolute p*ss takers, not sure how they get away with it?????

Used to love Netflix

Used to love Netflix, now just about like it. The contents great the now rip off prices unfair. Had to take cheapest plan after years of paying £7.99 per month to change to £10.99 for loyalty is a p*ss take.

Cannot fault the customer service. Frustrating that spent a load of money on a Nespresso machine that has been discontinued so now cannot get spare parts for.

Impossible to call & get hold of

Impossible to call. On phone waiting for over an hour to get "we are facing a technical problem please try again later". Wouldn't have minded if was told this in the first place.

Delivery Been Ridiculous

To be fair to Sage they have no control over DPD who they use for delivery, who have been useless. Third time now waiting for item to be delivered, hopefully this time I'll receive to able to give a better review.
