Seriously????

Called to make an appointment. Answered fairly quickly to be asked abruptly "is it an emergency". I answered "no" got told I'd be put on hold. After over 5 minutes waiting, with horrific hold music, put down the phone. Everything happens for as a reason as forced to go elsewhere and turns out couldn't be better.

Great Apart From Delivery

Not Justmylook fault but product container top broken (still useable thankfully) as courier decided to throw the package up a flight of stairs and leave it there.
To be fair couldn't be bothered or have the ability at the moment to bring up directly with justmylook.com

Ridiculous Return Process

Nice variety of product at great prices but what a palaver to return. Slightly over complicated process and with only 1 option DHL.
Practically impossible for me to return as the DHL drop off location is too far and difficult for me to get to.
For this reason only I won't be ordering from Footlocker again.

On first call was given some wrong information, which made things slightly difficult and over complicated for me. Next call today with Daniel was second to none, super patient, genuine, friendly and helpful. Daniel is a credit to Nationwide.

Ads Aren't Horrendous

Despite after years of subscription increased the payment by £3 per month, so had to down grade to watching with ads, it's not as horrendous as imagined. Definitely the best content compared to other providers.

Ultra Amazing

Went from pretty terrible to ultra amazing 2nd time round!!!! Went on for a fiver- issued resolved, easily and throughly explained. Would highly, highly consider paying again, even if more money as with the price for the results, I have received this time round.
