Not truthful about their sellers!

They say "Our sellers are committed to the highest customer service levels, and should respond to your enquiry within three working days."

I say. "The above is absolutely NOT TRUE in my case. I waited more than three working days to raise an urgent problem with a seller, and when I did eventually hear from the seller they were rude".

I WOULD NOT recommend buying here. In my experience there are much better options. I felt like I was belittled by the seller and felt they were ignorant.

Poorly Packaged Goods

No problem with the goods, BUT my items were carelessly packaged. Basically, the premium chocolate bars I ordered had broken. This is because they were placed on the outside of the packaging (just a plastic mailing sack) and mixed in with the super soft throws I ordered. Common sense would suggest to place the chocolate bars inside the centre of the parcel, but sadly common sense was not so common here! Within 10 minutes of opening my parcel, I reached out to customer support via the live chat on their website, but rapidly exited upon seeing that I was number 50 in the queue! I approximate the wait time would have been at least 30-45 minutes. I just don't have the time or patience to wait that long! So, I have three broken chocolate bars that cannot be gifted. I now have to buy replacement chocolate bars elsewhere. If only Dunelm had packed my order with thought and care, I would have left them a great review! The goods were as described on their website, it's just the poor packaging that was the sticking point for me. I will order from them again as I believe in second chances, but if this reoccurs then I will order any perishables elsewhere.

Not transparent about the condition of…

Poor attitude, and dishonest about the condition of goods. Only think of themselves. Avoid at all costs and ignore their reply as they will only try and justify their position, just as they did to me multiple times. Feels like you are speaking to robots and not human beings. This is most honest opinion and I am not affiliated with anyone.

I did follow-up with them as they suggested in their reply here. However, they were unkind and egotistical and have since lost a great customer in me. I will not be recommending them to any friends and family. It's their attitude that is the problem - not the products. I just hope one day that all companies will be forced to provide great customer service.

Amateur customer service

Amateur customer service. Care more about money than customers. They lied about an item not being in stock even though it was (and still is) available on their site. Seems if you order more than they are happy with they seemingly pretend the item is unavailable, rather than being upfront about their maximum order quantity. Had me waiting over a month for absolutely nothing. Disgusted.

Truly bad customer service

Hand on heart easily the worst customer service I have experienced in the last 10 years! Would never purchase from them again as it is way more hassle than it's worth when things go wrong with your order. Constant phone calls and messages sent to try and resolve a very simple problem with my order. The staff I dealt with just didn't care. They were lacking professionalism entirely. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere as it's simply not worth the bother you may have if things go wrong. Would not recommend them to you even if they were the only option. I know this seems dramatic, but all that I have said is absolutely true.

NOTE: I have observed that they often use inauthentic, 'template style' replies on here. Previously, they stated that they had contacted me in relation to my problem. That simply did not happen. Zero contact was made. Unprofessional in the extreme.

Frustrating!

Spent AGES neatly packing a large box of books to send to Zapper, only to see a message that the value of my books was less than their £5 minimum required value. I was under the impression that they recycled books for 1p too, but there are clearly some strings attached. Cheesed off that my time has been wasted when they could have stated the information on their minimum required value upfront. Just a simple message on the first page would be more than enough. Disappointing as I now have to try and find another way of selling the books and that is not easy for me as I do not have transport readily available to me as I live in a rural area and do not have a good network of friends who can assist!

Poor Customer Service

I have a great deal of respect for Fred Lam, but where is the customer support provided to members of iPro Academy? I need an urgent answer to an important question, but after 48 hours have heard nothing - not even an auto-response. To conclude, the level of customer service falls well below my needs and expectations. I am therefore awarding just 2 stars. The 2 stars does not reflect the general standard of training provided within iPro Academy, which in my opinion, is of a good standard.

Impossible Wagering on Slots!

Ridiculous wagering requirement on slots! Seems to be setup so that only they win!! I spend hours and hours only for my bonus balance to mysteriously disappear. This left me with zero winnings and alot of frustration. I do feel there is a lack of ethics going on. This is my honest experience and I have no affiliation with other casinos. In my experience, this has to be the worst casino site for playing slots by far! Took all my cash balance and all my bonus balance. Only site so far that I have not been able to convert at least some of my bonus funds into cash. Will never use this site again for playing slots.

Pedantic and unprofessional

Pedantic and unprofessional. I submitted my government verified ID document to them, but that was not deemed acceptable. It was scanned at high resolution and all the text was very legible.

I've had no problems creating accounts at several others Casinos. There's clearly something wrong about how they are conducting their new account checks. I certainly have nothing to hide, and do not have a shady past, but my interactions with them led me to believe there was some discrimination going on. They were not being transparent as to why my ID was deemed unsuitable for their validation processes. They just said the quality of my ID was insufficient. However, the document was scanned at ultra high definition. I know that because I have alot of commericial experience scanning documents over a number of years.

My recommendation is to not waste your time creating an account with MansionBet - just sign-up with more established casinos who do not give you the runaround when trying to setup a new account. This is my honest review at the time of writing this. I sincerely hope you would have less hassle than me if you do decide to open an account with them.

Avoid, avoid, avoid

Would leave zero stars if that was possible! Very dodgy company that relentlessly recovers non-existent debt from 'customers' that owe them nothing. From my own experience, I can only advise you to steer well clear of this shady company.

****UPDATE**** ended up paying them due to the serious stress they were causing me. They just stole money - approx £20!! Please avoid them if you value your wellbeing and your bank balance. Profits before integrity would be my slogan for them! They are a very crooked company who deploy bullying tactics to dip into random people's bank accounts.

Home Delivery Not Up To Scratch!

Four items were missing from my order - all of which could so easily have been substituted with similar products. I mean, how hard is it to substitute white bread rolls, dog biscuits and pizza? I've shopped online for years and this has never happened before!

What's more, the delivery driver turned up in white, unmarked van and did not bother to inform me about the missing items and didn't respect social distancing! I'm giving 2 stars as the delivery was within the chosen time slot.

Advice To Morrisons...

1. Provide substitutions when they are clearly easy to provide (as in my case), and do not let customers coming into your stores take items that have already been reserved online.

2. Train your drivers to greet your customers and behave in a more considerate and caring manner.

3. Train your drivers to explain why they are not in a Morrisons vehicle, to avoid any trust issues and confusion - I thought your driver was actually an Amazon delivery driver!!

4. Just better overall training, and more money put into your customer service. Too many companies are completely failing in this area, so don't be amongst those companies that people just want to ignore.

Artists Beware!!

Artists beware!! You could put hundreds of hours work in creating and uploading your designs, but Teepublic could still shut your store down and they couldn't care less! And, if you then try to appeal to get your store re-opened through the proper channels they will ignore your messages.

This is obviously passive aggressive and unprofessional behaviour to say the least.

Would leave 0 stars if that was possible. Stay away from Teepublic!

Uncaring Response From Customer Service

Did not feel at all valued as a customer. Same old story really... customer service came across abruptly. I was not addressed by my first name even, but by an abbreviation! Moonpig, look after your customer support staff so they serve you better and don't alienate great customers like myself who have shopped with you for years!

Unfair Charges and Not A Trustworthy Company

Terrible customer service! Was unfairly charged over 100 Euros for minimal pet hair, and was never told about these charges - basically had a shock when I looked at my bank balance!

I contested the charges to be told I would receive a decision within 2 weeks as to whether I would be refunded. It's been well over 2 weeks now, and I have not heard from them.

Basically, these guys never contacted me about the cleaning charges after I have dropped the car of (fully fuelled and pretty damn clean). They just helped themselves to my money because in their book the car was riddled with dog hairs - could not be further from the truth. Then when I rang them to politely explain the situation, they have promised to contact me and yet no contact has been made whatsoever.

Shady and somewhat unethical company. Think very carefully before hiring from them - especially if you have a dog! Some hire centers may be better than others, but my hire centre has been shockingly bad solely as a result of the unexpected charges that I was not given a chance to contest upfront! I feel they look for any opportunity they can get to profit from their customers, regardless of the ethics involved.

^^^UPDATE*** Has been about 7 weeks now since I rang Avis customer service to complain about the unfair charges. Although told someone would get back to me within 3 weeks, I have not heard anything and doubt I will. Second time now they have really messed up. They have no idea how to run a Company.

^^^UPDATE*** Has now been almost 6 months and no word from Avis, even though they promised me they'd get in touch. Really disgusting company - stay clear of.

Unfair charges for just a few pet hairs and no way of contesting them!

Avis charged me a cleaning fee of approx. £80 for pet hair - even though I had made concerted efforts to clean the car prior to returning it, and used a car pet cover to protect the seats throughout the hire period!

I admit there were a small amount of pet hairs when I returned the car, but I believe they have a policy that allows some pet hair. The amount in the car was by no means unreasonable.

Was given zero notification either via telephone or email about these unexpected cleaning charges, or given opportunity to contest them. Was a unpleasant surprise to see these unexpected charges on my bank balance.

I have now contested the charges as I was diligent in looking after my hire car. However, I am told that I now have to wait 15 days for a decision as to whether they will refund me the cleaning fees. I am doubtful their decision will fall in my favour as they had previously said I returned a hire a day late when in actual fact I had returned it on the day agreed on my contract!

Poor communication, awful customer support and no respect for customers like me that have hired on multiple occasions and always returned the cars on time and without any damage. Be careful when you hire from this company as you may be seen as a pay cheque rather than the loyal customer you undoubtedly are.
