Reasonable products, substandard customer service!
The products seem pretty good, but the customer service is substandard. Why? Because you can ask a specific question and do not get a specific answer.
Also, you can email them and it can take 8 hours or more to get a response - that's if you do get a response at all! I emailed them a few days ago and they didn't reply. It was a really important question, and I am now faced with having to email them back again to ask the same question.
I have noticed their responses are often lazy. The often do not take the due care and attention to put together a personalised response to what you're asking them, and what you need to know in order to move forward with your sales.
They do not have 24/7 hour customer support. There is no excuse for this seeing as how cost effective it is to hire a VA! This shows a real lack of care for their business customers. They have obviously invested a huge amount in their app... now go and do the same for customer service and training as it sucks!
Also, you can be really friendly to THEM in your emails, but oftentimes they do not reciprocate and can sound robotic! I mean, if someone asks how you are and you just ignore that, it makes you come across that you do not care about your customers. I am not asking you to be my BFF Teelaunch, I am just asking for some better manners. I am a good customer of yours who has sold more than a few of your products! So, spread the love and generosity and it will be reflected back to you and make your day so much better.
When I was charged hidden custom fees for an item and told them about this, the first response was kind of along the lines of "It's not our problem, that is down to you to find out".
They need to be way more transparent! I basically received a $10 fee just for some cheap samples!!! Not once during the order process did it mention that I should be expecting these charges. I have never once been charged custom fees even when ordering from abroad! HUGE oversight Teelaunch... you can do so much better! The beauty is in the detail, I hope you will look much closer.
So, virtually every other company I deal with has better customer service (apart from MyHemes). Teelaunch REALLY need to invest time and money in this area of their business immediately, and it is a big oversight on their part. Good customer service will make them much more profitable.
I am still in two minds as to keep using Teelaunch. I see there are some new major players in the market. So, if Teelaunch do not pull their socks up on their customer service and start to describe the products they are selling much better, I will have no choice but to jump ship.
Teelaunch,if you are reading this PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE improve your customer service and include more information on your products! It is a frustrating experience dealing with you some of the time. I hope you will take on board what I have said, and implement some of the changes.
This is not just me having a rant, these are genuine issues that you need to address in order to be much more successful and retain your customers. :)
