Home Delivery Not Up To Scratch!

Four items were missing from my order - all of which could so easily have been substituted with similar products. I mean, how hard is it to substitute white bread rolls, dog biscuits and pizza? I've shopped online for years and this has never happened before!

What's more, the delivery driver turned up in white, unmarked van and did not bother to inform me about the missing items and didn't respect social distancing! I'm giving 2 stars as the delivery was within the chosen time slot.

Advice To Morrisons...

1. Provide substitutions when they are clearly easy to provide (as in my case), and do not let customers coming into your stores take items that have already been reserved online.

2. Train your drivers to greet your customers and behave in a more considerate and caring manner.

3. Train your drivers to explain why they are not in a Morrisons vehicle, to avoid any trust issues and confusion - I thought your driver was actually an Amazon delivery driver!!

4. Just better overall training, and more money put into your customer service. Too many companies are completely failing in this area, so don't be amongst those companies that people just want to ignore.
