Purchased a Hills rotary 6 washing line and realised I was away when it was due to be delivered , sent an email and Nick responded with 12 hours , all sorted for when I came back , Washing line delivered and what a quality piece of equipment ,it’s that substantial it has to be concreted into the ground, all done in 2 hours and 24 hours for it to set , it’s up and running. We have a strong westerly wind in our area and I’m sick to the bone of buying rotary washing lines at least 3 in 5 years that are poor quality and break at the stem ,the build on this thing is awesome, a great product supported will great costumer care 5 star product and 5 star service well done Nick .
Well what can I say , from the smile that I was greeted with as I walked into the store,to the professional expert advice from Jonny who not only understood my SIM card problem but then offered me a more cost effective solution to meet my needs , I walked away not only saving money with a Wi-Fi solution that fitted my lifestyle but also with a long term commitment to Vodafone as the best in the high street , forget internet shopping this is costomer service at its best . Well done Jonny and thanks for the excellent in store experience, top man

Well what can I say B&Q St Helens just upped the game in massive way .. ordered 39 packs of the same tile on line and after placed the order for delivery.. next day a call to say that the batches in store do not match . So popped up to see and met helpful Sean on tiles that offered to show me the packed tiles and yes 7 different batches to ease my concerns Karen Hagan the supervisor came along and within a wave of her magic B&Q wand … found 39 packs at a local branch , that have just been delivered at 10 am on a Sunday morning the next day wow. Ever helpful Lee the delivery driver then worked with me to store the tiles at the back of the house …. That is what you call customer service at its best … what a team at St Helens that understands a customer needs and responds effectively… brilliant 🤩
This is my first wet room as a DIY novice and the tech support and help as been amazing from the team and the whole order was on my door step 2 days later quite impressive really, great work guys Customer service at its best with a massive product range the shower formers are brilliant for the price

customer service is excellent and the technical help is brilliant had a slight issue with the delivery that was rectified within 24 hours the product dryrods work perfectly within 2 weeks the humidity is dropping like a stone
misleading web site and the "free" app costs £28 per year to get notifications when it gets lost and the customer service will give you the run around when you try and return the goods and ask you to send the unit back at your cost to the USA ….. errrrr no
When is super fast fibre not super fast fibre ….. when it’s copper boys and girls it’s a con it’s fibre to the cabinet at the end of the road and the rest is in copper (a heap slower ) I signed up for the 1g and If I said I’ve had 42 men and 21 vans over 5 aborted cable pulls and 3 attempts to put 1m of duct in the ground in soft tarmac 2 data engineers to tell me the “copper” to the house is not man enough then followed 7 no shows for the final cable pull in the last 2 weeks and over 20 hours on the phone , laughed at , hung up on , left hanging for hours , lied to , it’s like ground hog day and the best speed I achieved was 850 on the day the engineer appeared the rest is the mid 250ies ….. a crock of sh@te and now I’m going to get insulted by a generic pathetic message of apology with generic links and number that will put me back into the virgin matrix of sh&te

Report to Trading standards if you get scammed, seems odd that every reviewer below has only ever posted 1 review it’s all smoke and mirrors and a full rip off ~update 27th Dec done as requested emailed the is mail address as issued ... let’s see what happens next ! Update 31st great shock , I got a full refund although it must be noted the time and effort taken, it was over 30 days after I logged an email to the customer care email address requesting help it has took 13 emails and 45 min call to my bank to get my money returned ..... I’ll let the facts stand as a review ..... would you treat your costumers the same ....

Well what can I say .... Prime .... if you went to a shop to buy something and you had to pay a membership free to be in that shop just for deliveries and when you went to leave the premises the exit signs sent you on a never ending loop around the shop whereas you eventually worked out after 40mins of wasted time that the exit is closed.... would you go back....errr NO it would be in essence a con trick and deceitful. well that’s what happens when, after being badgered at every purchase to select a Prime membership for a faster delivery. When you want to end the membership the web site sends you on a blind wild goose chase.. and when you finally twig after 40 you have been taken for a mug.. you then in frustration call costumer services and WOW Just like magic the automated message knows exactly why you have called and what you are trying to do ..... Prime is a Money trap and a con .... Don’t do it
The minefield of selecting a top quality battery at the bests deal simplified with Tanya Batteries ! all this done with spot on delivery at 24 hours .... well done a great costomer experience.
