For Service 10 out 10, for Value 10 out 10, for Sales After Care 10 out of 10 Just Perfect ! Purchased a 320d BMW Touring with only 30k on the clock in mint condition like new. Before you start a Coffee and a Scone in the reception cafe !. No hassle viewing and no pressure. Car selected, test drive done and a decent market valuation on my part ex Volvo XC60 it took just 1 hour with the ever helpful and professional Malcolm Wilkinson to finalise the paperwork Job Done . So well done FOW. special thanks to you all in particular Malcolm and also Dan Wilding for all his help in making my collection day memorable and last but not least Lee and James and the team in the after sales department to the smile we received at Reception you all made buying a car a pleasure.
