Well what can I say , from the smile that I was greeted with as I walked into the store,to the professional expert advice from Jonny who not only understood my SIM card problem but then offered me a more cost effective solution to meet my needs , I walked away not only saving money with a Wi-Fi solution that fitted my lifestyle but also with a long term commitment to Vodafone as the best in the high street , forget internet shopping this is costomer service at its best .
