Shocking. No licence was provided but they took payment. They do not answer phone or email. I had to set my bank onto them. Seems to be a complete scam.

take your money then send you something that is good. Save your money and hassle, use someone else

Total scam. As others have said, I ordered Microsoft Office and never received a product code. When questing this I got sent a link to try but the link didn't work. Now can't get hold of anyone about my query. Avoid at all costs

I bought a license for £28 for office 2019 .... I'm delighted because it works well.
I went back to visit them to buy another for a friend and their website isn't available. Shame....

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. They take your money and do not provide a MS key.

I purchased Microsoft office professional 2016, they took payment straight away but did not provide the product. I have sent many emails and tried to call but no response.

I ordered and downloaded Office 2016 Professional Plus on September 30, 2020. No problems whatsoever, but today I started getting a message that "Your copy of Office is not activated. You have four days left to activate." Tried to reach Licenses Direct, but email bounced back, and website can't be found.

Do not use this company - They have provided a volume license product key that Microsoft say is counterfeit. They have not responded to emails, online chat request or phone calls, and their Website has now disappeared ! STAY CLEAR and AVOID

I cannot get any response from this company despite several requests

Everything turned out OK in the end but I did have a problem initially dowloading files. I tried phoning the contact number many times over 3 days and itvslways just went to voicemail.
I eventually sorted the problem through internet help forums.

Quick delivery - no issues with installing the software. And a great price. Very happy.

It looks too good to be true and it is! Took a little while to download but worth the wait! It has saved me enrolling in an endless monthly outlay

I was unable to download and after asking for professional advise I and they were left with no other feeling that this was a scam. I thought I was in a proper Microsoft site but somehow i got routed to this site. Not satisfied at all.

I could not get the key to work and tried every thing. Said it was used before. Called the number and got a robot that confirmed it. Called credit card and could not get a refund.
