Faced with a particularly difficult issue to solve, the engineer Zach thoroughly researched the problem and resolved the issue. Very polite man who left the job very tidy.

Poor experience

I can appreciate why 20% of reviewers gave 1 star ! There was an error in the order I placed which I informed them about 10 minutes after I made the order yet they refused to make the change. Take your business elsewhere, I wish I had.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience. We advise on our website at checkout that we are unable to make any changes once an order has been placed and this is because of our automated production processes, which mean that we can't intercept artwork once it has been generated.
We understand that you made us aware 10 minutes after you had placed an order however the automated process starts from the minute the order is paid for.

Bad experience

Made my first order this morning and had confirmation of purchase. Received an e mail this evening saying that product was no longer available. An offer of an alternative was made but not an option to refund. Will not be using again.

Poor customer service

I have been a customer for many years and stayed with Admiral because the pricing was very competitive and the customer service was very good too. The customer service is now poor. You have more chance of getting through to HMRC on the phone than you have Admiral !

Avoid

Avoid. Incompetent administration. Don’t ever assume that your booking is confirmed with the hotel. You have to do this yourself and you may be disappointed. Make sure that you do this well in advance of your trip as you may be (like us) driving to a venue that has no knowledge of you. Avoid Secret Escapes and pay more and book directly with the assurance that you will be going where you intend to. One star is generous as they did offer us an insulting £20 account credit. To use on what ??? another failure?

My order was delayed as the wrong part…

My order was delayed as the wrong part was either ordered by the retailer or sent incorrectly by the supplier. I received it eventually, however communication from the retailer could do with improvement.

Very straightforward process to take…

Very straightforward process to take out holiday insurance and at a competitive price. My only criticism is that my payment was taken twice so just be wary.
