One star is too much! Atrocious company. Placed an order 4 weeks ago and nothing received. Standard e mail replies saying that goods are on there way. They have now disconnected their customer service telephone number to further avoid contact. These people certainly know how to socially distance themselves! They are also criminals as they continue to take orders and payment when they are not fulfilling contracts. They will want us all back as customers when we are on the other side of all this so make sure you never buy from them. I will be claiming refund from my credit card company under Section 75 of the consumer credit act.

Only ever called them out once and they arrived within an hour and fixed the problem straight away. Nice guy too. What more do you want from an emergency assistance company.

It’s a pity that there isn’t a zero star rating. It’s also a pity that I cannot post the photos of the sofa which I took delivery of the other day so that anyone reading this can see what an absolutely dreadful piece of £4K furniture that turned up. It is dirty, damaged and badly constructed. If this is ‘hand made’ then bring back the robots. It was packed well and the third party delivery company were brilliant. They observed all of the defects as the packing was peeled away. Customer service was good as they offered to collect and refund. That’s the option we went for as I cannot trust this company. I feel personally insulted that they delivered this to me. To cap it all they left me with a free mug, quite sweet really until you look at the base on which says ‘what a mug’. They certainly got that right, I really am. Avoid at all cost.

Avoid at all cost ! A dreadful company. Customer Service is virtually non existent. Even if their tariffs are far cheaper still avoid making the mistake of becoming their customer.

After initial problem of gate being damaged on delivery it was quickly resolved and I am very pleased with the end result.
