Always know I'm in safe hands with Currys, although today for the first time they used FedEx to deliver. Terrible tracking and never on time, always makes me think twice before ordering

Brilliant service

Love Superdry clothing, always seems to be a good fit and comfortable. Delivery is always quick and well packaged. Only problem I’ve had is with a delivery done by Amazon where it was delivered to the wrong address but even then superdry resolved the issue within minutes of me contacting them

Nightmare experience

Purchased a gaming chair a while back as a spare due to a good sale price, opened it today as my other chair needed replacing and had missing parts, including the actual seat part. Agent was no use and wanted me to hire a proffesional contractor at my own expense to confirm the item was faulty. Regular customer of Argos but not any more

Poor Communication and terrible chat service

Given a delivery time slot of between 12 and 2 today, it's now 6.10pm and it still says between 12 and 2 today. No updates, the chat function is next to useless and am sat here wondering where my parcel is.

Excellent Company

Ordered a refurbished Lenovo V530S and selected to upgrade the RAM to 16gb and HD to 500gb NVMe.

Order placed on Thursday and arrived on Monday and was very well packaged. Set Up was easy, all I had to do was sign into my Microsoft account and it was done.
Base unit looks brand new you couldn't tell it was a refurbished unit, will definitely use Black Barn again, couldn't fault them from ease of ordering to being set up.

Used since they where Yankee Candles

Used Discount Dragon since they where Yankee Candles and there's been a few ups and downs along the way.

However the recent change to the Shop website thing and change to DPD are terrible, website is harder to navigate and express delivery has gone from 1-2 days to 5-6 days. Latest delivery didn't even have the full address, just a flat number and postcode! No building name/number, no town or anything else.

Will be thinking twice about ordering in future

Regarding the reply, never had a problem with my address previously, and using the same device, in all quite an agressive reply

Went from good to bad but then back to good again

Purchased a ADATA XPG GAMMIX S70 BLADE 2TB PCIe Gen4x4 M.2 2280 SSD, order process was simple, unfortunately the item broke on installation, created a RMA and was then emailed to phone customer support, dome so only to find they aren't open on a weekend at all. Called Monday to arrange the return, sent a courier the next day to pick up the item so far ok. However it's now been 2 weeks since they received the return and it's still saying 'we are looking at your return' What started as an easy ordering process and good customer support (would be better if they where open at least on Saturdays) has just turned into frustration and a headache

After speaking with Tiff who replied on behalf of Ebuyer the problem was resolved very quickly with a replacement arriving the next day, still took way too long overall but Ebuyer customer services really can't be faulted

Absolute terrible delivery

The parcel was delivered opened and the packaging damaged, asked the driver to wait while I got my phone to take a picture for my own protection in case anything was missing, drivers attitude was he didn't care and had already driven off and was half way along the road by the time I returned (20-30 seconds) leaving parcel unattended on the street

Very Disappointing Last Order

Having seen the collection of 3 Destiny ghost shells on Just Geek I decided to order them, due to cost I ordered them at separate times. The Warlock shell however arrived broken and I had to arrange a return and replacement which was ok. However the replacement also arrived broken in exactly the same place.

Just Geek have now informed me that it's a known issue due to inadequate packaging from their supplier and would issue a refund once they receive the returned item as it was likely that a replacement would also arrive broken.

However the item is still for sale on their website with them knowing about the problem which I find very strange and it also leaves me without a complete collection.

The social media team is all over positives posts and comments but it seems when there is a problem it's time to bury their heads in the sand.

I used to love Just Geek but this has left me so disappointed I will not be using them again

Another company let down because of Evri

No complaints about the ordering process or the website, however I wouldn't use again due the the use of Evri as the courier. Stated delivered to the delivery address on the 3rd of January with a photo that wasn't my property. Spent the best part of 45 minutes knocking on doors trying to find the parcel and was only down to luck that I eventually did. I can't understand why otherwise good companies let themselves and their customer down by using a courier which has been voted worst in the UK 2 years running

Very Disappointed

Placed an order on the 1st December expecting a week or so for delivery. Received an email on the 5th explaining a small delay due to items not reaching their warehouse. Contacted customer services today to be told it could be another few weeks so cancelled my order. Not a good experience for a first time customer and won't be using again. Only saving grace was the customer service representative was good

Gone completely downhill

Used to trust Amazon to deliver when they said and if there was a delay it was minimal.

However recently they seem to have gotten very bad very quickly, receiving an order that isn't delayed is a miracle.

Prices go up, service go down. Will be avoiding from now on.

Absolutely dumbfounded

This company goes from bad to worse. Had an email to say my item had been delivered, not a large item so figured it had been popped through the letterbox. No, left out on the street, literally on the street! I live in the town centre on the High Street and it had been left in the pedestrian area. What makes it worse is I live above a shop that was open and for the sake of 10 seconds it could have been left there.

To be fair our usual delivery guy is decent, however whoever was delivering today has made me think I should start actively avoiding anyone who uses Evri to deliver anything, especially with potentially expensive Xmas gifts being ordered.

First order was disappointing

Purchased a 3 in 1 charging base, thought it was a good deal looking at the product and description and an excellent deal for £11.99 (apparently reduced from £69.99)
The item is essentially a rubber block, you have to supply your own charging cables etc, there's no way this was ever the price it was supposed to have been.

New name, just as bad

Just received an email stating they'd got my parcel and would let me know when it was out for delivery, for a parcel that was delivered (Left with a neighbour) the previous day.

Delivery persons also have a strange ability where you can hear the card go through the door saying they missed you but not them knocking or ringing the bell.

I generally avoid companies that use Hermes (Now Evri) and will continue to do so where possible
