Very Disappointed

Placed an order on the 1st December expecting a week or so for delivery. Received an email on the 5th explaining a small delay due to items not reaching their warehouse. Contacted customer services today to be told it could be another few weeks so cancelled my order. Not a good experience for a first time customer and won't be using again. Only saving grace was the customer service representative was good

Thanks for your review. I'm sorry you've had to contact us about your order. I do understand your concerns.

Due to popular demand some items go out of stock much quicker than we expect. We then have to wait for new supplies and this can take 2-4 weeks. i have noted your comments regarding this.
