Went from good to bad but then back to good again
Purchased a ADATA XPG GAMMIX S70 BLADE 2TB PCIe Gen4x4 M.2 2280 SSD, order process was simple, unfortunately the item broke on installation, created a RMA and was then emailed to phone customer support, dome so only to find they aren't open on a weekend at all. Called Monday to arrange the return, sent a courier the next day to pick up the item so far ok. However it's now been 2 weeks since they received the return and it's still saying 'we are looking at your return' What started as an easy ordering process and good customer support (would be better if they where open at least on Saturdays) has just turned into frustration and a headache
After speaking with Tiff who replied on behalf of Ebuyer the problem was resolved very quickly with a replacement arriving the next day, still took way too long overall but Ebuyer customer services really can't be faulted
