Nightmare experience
Purchased a gaming chair a while back as a spare due to a good sale price, opened it today as my other chair needed replacing and had missing parts, including the actual seat part. Agent was no use and wanted me to hire a proffesional contractor at my own expense to confirm the item was faulty. Regular customer of Argos but not any more
