Used Discount Dragon since they where Yankee Candles and there's been a few ups and downs along the way.
However the recent change to the Shop website thing and change to DPD are terrible, website is harder to navigate and express delivery has gone from 1-2 days to 5-6 days. Latest delivery didn't even have the full address, just a flat number and postcode! No building name/number, no town or anything else.
Will be thinking twice about ordering in future
Regarding the reply, never had a problem with my address previously, and using the same device, in all quite an agressive reply

Our website is now far smoother than it has ever been—this is fact, not opinion. The transition to DPD has had some initial teething problems, and we are the first to admit this. If there was an issue with your address, it is highly likely that the issue came from your device settings or an autofill error. We use Shopify, one of the largest and most advanced e-commerce platforms in the world, and we can assure you their infrastructure is built to make transactions smooth and hassle-free. Shopify has spent millions on market research, testing, and improvements, ensuring that their platform is as efficient as possible.
We have received very little negative feedback regarding the website changes, and we continue to make improvements daily. If you experienced issues, it would have been more productive to reach out to our dedicated support team rather than immediately resorting to Trustpilot.
Are we really a company you feel the need to warn others about? We are busy, we are slightly behind on delivery estimates, and we are investing heavily into improving our systems and warehouse. Some patience and cooperation would have been appreciated.
