This company is great. High quality products, A bit more pricey than I intended but will hopefully last and be worth it.

I am very pleased with the service the company provides and regularly exceeds my expectations.

Please be wary of this company. They sent me an incorrect and incomplete Berkey water filter. They have not responded to emails or returned any of my calls to return this and get a refund. The website now just says closed for maintenance.

I purchased to water jugs that were unfit for purpose I was refused a refund on the grounds the items were discounted and I had used one hence I knew it was unfit! also they said I was rude for insisting it was their responsibility to address the problem saying if I sent items back they would just send them back with no refund as they were closing down as if that is my problem.

PLEASE PLEASE do not purchase from them they don't care and will just take your money BUYER BEWARE

I have used EO many times over the last few years and have been very happy with them. However this time i made an order on 17th June, status was updated to shipped soon after. I then received dpd tracking which stated they were expecting my parcel but had not yet received it. I left it 5 days with tracking still saying the same. Then have contacted by email, web form, voicemail, facebook and IG and have had zero response on where my order over £100 is.
