Shameful
This company are very reluctant to pay out on policies. Will find any excuse NOT to pay. Happy to take premiums, and then will go to extraordinary lengths to avoid paying. Pretty shameful.

Cheapside branch excellent
I visited the Cheapside branch today in London. I received first-rate service from Daisymay. She was absolutely superb: professional and helpful. I am very happy with my visit. I will now make sure that I always visit the Cheapside branch (even though I live outside London!).

Review of Find a Grave
Helpful website for genealogical research
Very helpful website for genealogical research and also allows distant family members to look at graves that they would probably not otherwise get to see. Very helpful and efficient customer service. Marie was very helpful today.

Easy and comfortable way to buy a car
What an easy and comfortable way to buy a car! I was able to peruse a selection of cars on the Cinch website. Purchase and part-exchange was straightforward. Communication was excellent.
Delivery was on time and fast. The driver (Russel) was professional, very helpful and friendly. He explained how the car worked and the essential features. The car arrived clean and fresh. I will happily use Cinch again. Thank you to Russel and to Cinch.

Review of Official Gatwick Airport Parking
Lots of room for improvement
This car park is a microcosm for all that is wrong with this country. Overly complicated signage, rules about where you can and cannot park. One floor was for a special category (which I didn't understand), the second floor looked promising, but an official tapped on the window and said that the places are reserved (for whom?), and so on to the next floor. What fun! Then there is the colour coding: none of the muppets who designed the myriad of rainbow-coded car parks (blue, orange, red etc) thought to stamp the ticket with the corresponding colour. Or, even better, to print the ticket in the appropriate colour. So, one remembers the row (eg 3F or 4D) but not the colour. The result: you lug your cases round a plethora of car parks. Lifts where the down button is mistakenly labelled 'up', and so on. And when you leave, no ANPR: Gatwick can land planes but don't have the nouse to install a decent automatic barrier. The cost for 20 minutes: £8. My goodness!! There's a certain irony in that the last, and first, thing a Briton – or indeed traveller – sees of this country is the delight of the short stay car park at Gatwick. Hip, hip, hooray!
