£5 for a bad service sorry no service, better using a phone box

I signed up to a £5 deal, then changed my mind and ever since then i've tried to get my money back when I haven't even activated the sim and no one seems to know what your details are from signing up or your order number, bells start to ring, glad I got out while I could. Its company's like these I'm glad to see go under as they don't serve any one.

This company is a crook

This company is a crook, say they've delivered a parcel when in fact I refused it at the door and the driver took it away and then stated it had been delivered and signed for.

Signed up to contract of £18.75 a month…

Signed up to contract of £18.75 a month but every month it changes to £25 so I have to get in contact and the same all over again. No one ever available to talk to, even though it state we have a webchat 7 days a week don't expect to get a reply and if you do its takes days and then ask you for security question and guess what more days you have to wait to get a reply but the best of it nothing ever get sorted. I'm beginning to think I would rather pay an extra for some one to sort of a problem I have every month and be with Three than Smarty Mobile. I've decided if they take £25 from my account I'm leaving and going else where and I'll take my complaint to the Ombudsman.

Hi, thanks for you feedback, there has been some glitches and on one occasion customers were charged the full amount, this was rectified by refunding the difference to our customers 👍 but other than that the amount we will take will be the discounted price of £18.75! Your SMARTY dashboard will always show the plan as £25 Unlimited but the correct payment amount will show in your billing history in accounts settings😊 regarding Customer Support, they do their best to get back to everyone and we ask our security questions to protect your own personal data from being misused, it's always better to be safe than sorry. Hopefully things will improve for you now going forward 😍

What everyone has said about this company is correct. It just highlights the fact that ASUS have no regard for returning customers because after this experience I wouldn't want to buy another ASUS laptop and would return back to Acer.

I would rather look else where then Aldi

I made ordered on 02.08.18 Aldi online well trust me its the first and last, three days later I wrote to Aldi saying it was taking so long and that I wanted to cancel I then got a reply stating it would be sent out soon witch totally ignored my right to cancel, I then contacted them again in forming them that I stated I wanted the order to be cancelled I then got a email saying I would receive tracking information later that day. I personally would by from Aldi in less I had to.

Avoid Take your money but no service

They take your money but provide no service, I signed up to the £20 always on googybag on the 21.06.18 on the 22.06.18 can't make calls text or even use the internet nothing, everything was fine on the 21.06.18 connected to 4g at 40mb brilliant next day eventually got connected to 3g before I was getting emergency calls only so I decided to cancel my recurring payment after that I cant even get a signal it's like they have disconnected me totally so I've paid £20 for half a day service.

This company make TalkTalk look professional I wouldn't recommend or advice any one go with this company I totally agree with other postings about this company it's just a pity I have to give one star. I would never trust this company with my wallet it's a pity I did with my bank account.

Look else where it will be better for you in the ong run.

I bought a refurbished Humax Freeview Play Recorder FVP-4000T 500GB and after purchasing I noticed on the reviews that the product was very slow and kept stopping and people where saying they had to turn the product of and put it back on again to get it to work which tells you that it doesn't work, so I notified Humax by email that I wanted to cancel I got no reply from them whats so ever but instead set the item out. Its not a company I would recommend if they want allow to to cancel.

How is this company allowed to trade

How is this company allowed to trade, I am paying for a Fibre connection and receiving a broadband connection instead. There is absolutely no one to turn to, isn't it time that contracts where done away with, in order to allow the consumer to protect themselves from the likes of BT and TalkTalk.

Bought a Laptop from this useless company Argos

Bought a Laptop from this useless company, I wanted clarification on the details of the Laptop so I contacted them as they where stating that the Laptop was Intel 6th & 7th Gen to date I have had no reply, I phoned and emailed to cancel before 10am after 9pm I received an email to inform me that the order had now been dispatched I still haven't received a response to any of my messages. Lesson learned will not buy from Sainsburys or Argos again.

Ordered a 8th gen Laptop

Ordered a 8th gen Laptop, when it came and it had oily finger prints all over it and it was supposed to have 1x8gb memory installed instead it was 2x4gb so the laptop wasn't as described so the next day went on to HP uk website and contacted then with a view of returning the laptop it sates "In such cases you should contact our customer service agents on 0345 604 2921 between 9 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday (free call charge applies)." the the number they state to contact them with regarding to returning goods received is not in services so I sent a email and still heard nothing. if this is the service you can expect from the manufacturer they why would you buy.

Breaking the Law means nothing to Origin Avoid them like the plague

I have just read a post by Mandie K Beach with the same complaint as myself, that is I signed up to their supersaver line rental and anytime calls paid £180.23 upfront, I noticed that I was never given a broadband speed so the next day after I singed up I contacted their customer service well the person I spoke to made my mind up for me, so I told her I wanted to cancel she told me to wait and then hung up on me a couple of minutes later I got a call back from Origin asking me why am I not wanting to continue with the order the usual carry so after all that he stated that he would cancel my order more than 14 days have been past and still I have not received a singel penny of my money back I have contacted them nothing.

I had to give one * or else it would have been none, worse than second hand car dealers.

I signed up not because I was getting a super deal it was mainly because Fibre was going to be laid in a couple of months so I signed up to the no contract. So I contacted then during my cancelation period as I had been quoted a stupid speed and was told that my speed would be the same with Plusnet as it is with my prevous suppler so I thought ok he’s listening to what I am saying after all its only an estimated speed until they do the ten day line test that never happened. So I contacted Plusnet on the day my line went over and was told my line was good and I would receive up to 9mb than I was getting from previous suppler given 8.1mb, all the time I am being told where do you proud this must make them laugh when they say that. Well I wished to that Uswitch would stop given these criminals awards really has the world gone mad I thought TalkTalk was bad, but this company actually believe the crap it states Well do You Proud. When you phone them it state we record all calls for quality and training purposes please get in touch if anyone has done one of these quality and training exercises. So after the ten days I phoned and asked if they could up my broadband speed after all I was paying for it and was told that the speed I would get was stated in the email while I signed up I Told the guy from plusnetb who I spoke to on the Phone I can’t mention his name as he hasn’t given me permission, so getting back to the telephone conversation I explained I had been told my speed would be 9mb or what my previous suppler was given me he then started to state given me the dates and time and the number you calls us from in order to confirm what I was saying that I had been misrepresented so I said to him I can do better than that I’ll give you a copy of these call, while it all went downhill from there he started quoting I should have informed him I was recording the calls and that I was not allowed to that so he ended the call. I didn’t even get the chance to turn round and say what about quality and training purposes. I know that these are only individual grievances but they do paint a picture of the service you can expect to receive and that is if it cheap it’s for a reason because they need the customer and the hint is an 18month contract I am only glad I paid more and went with 30 contract.

Customers be aware and Avoid if you can.

I read reviews on this company and decided to refuse the goods I bought. I am glad I decided not to buy from this Dabs UK after reading reviews on other websites from terrible customer services to refusing to excepting goods that customer have received that are faulty to sending out wrong items and leaving the customer to pick up the tab. I wanted the base unit I ordered back guess what cheap always comes at a price and thankfully it’s not one I have to pay as all I have lost is my postage costs.
