I'm sorry to hear that your cashback tracked lower than you were expecting. Please be aware that a number of our retailers initially track at 1% and update to the correct rate once confirmed. You can find this information in the 'Important things to know' section of the retailers Quidco page.

If they do not update automatically you need to raise an incorrect cashback claim within 7 weeks of the confirmation date. You can do this here: www.quidco.com/new-enquiry/
