Cant get this company to cancle my order even after two days of telling them. Avoid them
I bought of this company what a mistake I have tried to cancel my order but on their website there is no option to cancel other than send a ticket like a email, so two working days ago I sent a request to cancel my order even though on their website it states that “How can I cancel my order? If your order is currently ‘processing’ this means it in being packed & labelled ready for dispatch. As the majority of our items are on our ‘5 minute dispatch’ facility they are usually packed / dispatched immediately after you have placed your order. If you contact customer support they will attempt to cancel this order for you though.” I contact them again “I'll ask the simple question again, lets see if you can get it right has this order been cancled if it has good I thought better of buying from this company. If its been posted who is the delivery service and what is the tracking number. I'll be sure to leave a negative feedback on facebook no need to thank me. Hi Liston, I can confirm that this is still with the warehouse and as soon as we have information to advise if this has been cancelled we will let you know right away.
If you make bold claims that you will dispatch items within 5 minutes then why can’t you track if you have cancelled an order or not the answer is simple they don’t allow you to cancel there is not option to cancel on their website. They also make bold claims that it is a very good review I have posted twice on facebook and on two occasions they have been deleted.
