Signed up to contract of £18.75 a month…

Signed up to contract of £18.75 a month but every month it changes to £25 so I have to get in contact and the same all over again. No one ever available to talk to, even though it state we have a webchat 7 days a week don't expect to get a reply and if you do its takes days and then ask you for security question and guess what more days you have to wait to get a reply but the best of it nothing ever get sorted. I'm beginning to think I would rather pay an extra for some one to sort of a problem I have every month and be with Three than Smarty Mobile. I've decided if they take £25 from my account I'm leaving and going else where and I'll take my complaint to the Ombudsman.

Hi, thanks for you feedback, there has been some glitches and on one occasion customers were charged the full amount, this was rectified by refunding the difference to our customers 👍 but other than that the amount we will take will be the discounted price of £18.75! Your SMARTY dashboard will always show the plan as £25 Unlimited but the correct payment amount will show in your billing history in accounts settings😊 regarding Customer Support, they do their best to get back to everyone and we ask our security questions to protect your own personal data from being misused, it's always better to be safe than sorry. Hopefully things will improve for you now going forward 😍
