This company deserves its terrible ratings. Once they have your money if there’s an issue they do not respond on any channel. Even tried commenting on X - still ignored. They sent make up palettes in a flimsy bag that arrived in bits and I’ve now given up on getting my money back. I’ll never buy from them again.
Please do not use this company. I used them to send a parcel to Hungary and selected FedEx as carrier for £16. They failed to request customs information and the parcel was returned to me. They then sent be a bill for £225 and lied stating FedEx had asked for the information. I made it clear I would not pay this charge. What they fail to be upfront about is the fact you’re signed up to a ‘ subscription’ when you use them which means they can go to your account and take money. They have taken £86 that I doubt I’ll ever see again. If you have used these snake oil salesmen please ask your bank to advise you on how to cancel the subscription or they may steal your money! I’d give zero stars!

This was so bad it’s actually laughable, order accepted and 50 minutes later the drives texts to say he’d at the store but they have no order for me despite it being confirmed and a driver despatched. Called customer service who put me on hold for ten minutes to say the store is looking for a driver! Add to the mix I couldn’t understand what the call handler was saying. First and last time I’ll use them.
Following an accident in July 2024 I was assigned Lauren as my case handler. I could not be happier with how she has supported me through my claim. Not only was she prompt and professional she also showed a huge amount of understanding an empathy for my injuries and the impact that has had. There was regular communication and I felt assured that my case was being handled well. The case was moved along with pace and she was able to agree an excellent final settlement on my behalf in 7 months which is super fast for this type of claim. Excellent service!

Ordered a necklace on 21st December and at 3rd December it still hasn’t shipped. It says shipping is ten working days so I’m not expecting to see my item anytime soon. Have requested a refund as seems like it’s coming from China so I have lost faith in the quality … If you want a gift for someone avoid this lot as you may never see it! Very disappointing.

Abysmal company! Advertising a small bottle of Daisy perfume using the image of the original. My confirmation email also shows the Daisy bottle with its flower lid. When it arrives it’s in a blue box with no Marc Jacob’s branding. As this is a gift I could not give this. Emailed them and waited 5 days for an automated reply to tell me they are busy. Then went to X to tell them how poor this is. Their response left me flabbergasted. Told me their images are for illustration purposes and quote small print. No apology or offer of an exchange or return. Let’s see what trading standards think of this when I contact them. They simply do not care about their customers. Avoid!

The quality of this jewellery is poor. Ordered for gifts but I’d be too embarrassed to give them. Looking at the problems people seem to have with returns I’m not going to bother returning. Any company that’s doing bogof of jewellery is too good to be true as I found!
Can’t comment on claims as didn’t make any, but the price hike on renewal was disgusting. From £160 to £260 despite no claims. Asked if anything could be done and offered £1 off! Got the same cover elsewhere for half the price. It seems this company don’t want to retain customers.
Received my results that included 3 liver markers that were high. Had NHS blood tests done at my GP and liver function test normal. 3 weeks of worry for nothing. Avoid these tests they are not accurate.

Upon reviewing your GP commentary, we can see that the doctor provided a balanced commentary of the results, much of which commented about what could be a short term issue, which may explain why the issue you were experiencing resolved by the time additional testing was completed some weeks later by your NHS doctor. We are also pleased to see that you visited your GP, as recommended by our doctor to look over the results further. We are sorry for any concern you felt, but we must do our best to ensure that we provide appropriate signposting, whilst balancing not getting you too worried. We can see the doctor did their best to balance this, but there is only so much that can be done via text-based means.
Where you may feel concerned around 'bad health news', it can be recommended to order blood tests like this through a partner or via a consultation with your doctor, to ensure you are fully supported with appropriate guidance.
To reassure you, the tests we provide have been validated by our laboratories for their accuracy and stability in transit. So whilst the results were accurate, they are biomarkers that are in constant change, which again explains the different results several weeks apart.
