I do not log into my talktalk account…

I do not log into my talktalk account very often, but each time I try to log in on my desktop to check my last bill for my internet and landline, I put in my e-mail and password and it keeps taking me back to the same page again. It is so frustrating because when I ring talktalk's telephone number, it just give me a phone message to my mobile and I have to wait for hours for an expert. I do not want to change my password every time I log in. I want to keep the password I wrote down last time and which I know is the correct one. It seems to me that Talktalk do not want me to look at my bill because it keeps going up and they do not want me to change to a cheaper package, so they make it exceptionally hard for customers to log in. This happens to me nearly every year I have been with them. Logging into my account should be simple.

Informative website, healthy, well packaged plants.

I have had 3 or so orders with Crocus now. I like the easy way of seeing how I should plant things, the size, full sun/partial shade or shade and how to look after the plants on the website. The plants always arrive really well packaged and protected. They are the size specified and in a healthy condition. The notifications about delivery are helpful.
I am intending to make Crocus my go to for all perennials in the future, although I do not have much space left in the garden now!!

Not good so far

I have gone to the website to see how to return a white blouse which had curly black thread stuck within the white collar which showed through. I was e-mailed with instructions to return the item, but it said in the e-mail not to return to the address on the envelope. In the e-mail I was told that I had to pay for the return and no alternative address was provided to send it back to. I then returned the e-mail politely asking for the return address to send to, and I have not received a reply to my e-mail.
PS - Further to your reply below, you do already have my e-mail address and have sent several replies already, finally, after several requests for an address, you gave me your US returns address and I have paid over £9.00 to send the item back to you for a refund. I hope you receive it soon, thank you.

Nowhere to unsubscribe from constant e-mails

The plants were very nice but unfortunately there is no place on the continual e-mails to unsubscribe. I wrote to ask them to unsubscribe me because I was getting what seemed like one per day from them advertising something. I do not like this and usually unsubscribe straight away but there is nowhere at the bottom of their e-mails to click unsubscribe and I do not have an account with them. I find this irritating and would not order from them again because of this.

Professional answering service 365 days of the year

I have been with Answer for several years now. I do not receive many calls but when there is an enquiry to my business I am sent a text and e-mail straight away and I can then ring the person straight back.
Each time I have rung to keep the service active or to speak to someone, the person introducing my company has always sounded professional and, at all times of day, evening and weekend, even Bank Holidays, the phone is answered quickly and professionally. It also only costs me less than £40 per year as I do not have many calls, but it is well worth it because I never miss a call.

Excellent price and very quick production and delivery. Really great quality banners, we had one paper and one vinyl. We had size 2.00 m x .60 m which means the uploaded photos were large and clear and the background colour of pink with gold and white balloons looked really good. Would definitely recommend.

I'm 60 and I've had a few different vaccuum…

I'm 60 and I've had a few different vaccuum cleaners over the years but the Henry is the best. No charging, no gimmicks, it just does the job well and only have to empty it once a month. I have just added the Airo Brush accessory with a rotating brush and it makes light work of carpets with a higher pile and fluffs up the carpet better than the standard brush. Worth purchasing this optional extra I would say.

Will Not Refund or Partial Refund After 30 Days

I bought the AirRam and Multi for £240 in July 2020. I only used the Multi for the stairs but it stopped working after only a month, a new battery was sent and it still did not work so a new motor was sent and then it worked fine again.
The same thing happened with the Multi in April 2021, the multi stopped working, they offered a new battery but it would take a month to arrive, but when I said that is quite a long time, they sent out a whole new multi. I know that sounds good, but remember, once the two year guarantee runs out, how many batteries and new motors will I have to pay for to keep it running. Then the main hoover had been causing problems because it picks up dust on the backward motion but puts dust back down when going forward. Another thing I do not like is that I have to clean the filters every 2 weeks because if that is not done then dust is dumped back onto the floor on the forward movement. Overall, I was not impressed with the product and sent the whole thing back and requested a partial refund (I would be happy with 50%) as I had only had it for less than 9 months and it was not cleaning my house properly. I was told that refunds are only given up to 30 days after purchase. But nothing was going wrong at that point. A whole new hoover was sent but I turned it down at the door because I do not want another one, in my opinion and with my experience, it is not a good product. Also, I did not want to accept it and sell it on to someone else because I know they may have the same problems I had and with no guarantee at all it would cost them a fortune. I have never received a refund or partial refund and wish that I did not buy this product. It is light and easy to manouvre but it is not reliable and with no tools, you need to buy the multi at the same time otherwise all the edges of your room will still be dusty. G-Tech are very good at replacing faulty parts, but only buy it if you want it for 2 years.

Always 5 stars for Hermes whether sending a parcel or returning an item. We have a local Welcome where we can drop off and its easy to park, I always print off my label at home. It is so easy and the items always reach their destination quickly. Love Hermes.

Orders do arrive but it is hard to talk…

Orders do arrive but it is hard to talk to people and get advice. I would not buy another water filter from this company because there are others where replacement cartridges can be purchased from more suppliers and with more knowledgeable customer service staff.

Reply to your reply - the enquiry would have been from my plumber on his number. His name is George. He did leave a message on your service.

I was here when George Rashbrook rang on his own mobile. But it was a few months ago now and I do not have a note of the date in my diary so am not sure which month it was. He worked out what he had to do in the end so it was resolved, but we did have a problem reaching someone by phone, a message was left but no-one rang him back. However thank you for saying you would look into it for us, it shows that you are bang up-to-date with your TrustPilot queries and because we have one of your filters, no doubt we will be re-ordering soon.
