I do not log into my talktalk account…
I do not log into my talktalk account very often, but each time I try to log in on my desktop to check my last bill for my internet and landline, I put in my e-mail and password and it keeps taking me back to the same page again. It is so frustrating because when I ring talktalk's telephone number, it just give me a phone message to my mobile and I have to wait for hours for an expert. I do not want to change my password every time I log in. I want to keep the password I wrote down last time and which I know is the correct one. It seems to me that Talktalk do not want me to look at my bill because it keeps going up and they do not want me to change to a cheaper package, so they make it exceptionally hard for customers to log in. This happens to me nearly every year I have been with them. Logging into my account should be simple.
