Not good so far
I have gone to the website to see how to return a white blouse which had curly black thread stuck within the white collar which showed through. I was e-mailed with instructions to return the item, but it said in the e-mail not to return to the address on the envelope. In the e-mail I was told that I had to pay for the return and no alternative address was provided to send it back to. I then returned the e-mail politely asking for the return address to send to, and I have not received a reply to my e-mail.
PS - Further to your reply below, you do already have my e-mail address and have sent several replies already, finally, after several requests for an address, you gave me your US returns address and I have paid over £9.00 to send the item back to you for a refund. I hope you receive it soon, thank you.
