Will Not Refund or Partial Refund After 30 Days
I bought the AirRam and Multi for £240 in July 2020. I only used the Multi for the stairs but it stopped working after only a month, a new battery was sent and it still did not work so a new motor was sent and then it worked fine again.
The same thing happened with the Multi in April 2021, the multi stopped working, they offered a new battery but it would take a month to arrive, but when I said that is quite a long time, they sent out a whole new multi. I know that sounds good, but remember, once the two year guarantee runs out, how many batteries and new motors will I have to pay for to keep it running. Then the main hoover had been causing problems because it picks up dust on the backward motion but puts dust back down when going forward. Another thing I do not like is that I have to clean the filters every 2 weeks because if that is not done then dust is dumped back onto the floor on the forward movement. Overall, I was not impressed with the product and sent the whole thing back and requested a partial refund (I would be happy with 50%) as I had only had it for less than 9 months and it was not cleaning my house properly. I was told that refunds are only given up to 30 days after purchase. But nothing was going wrong at that point. A whole new hoover was sent but I turned it down at the door because I do not want another one, in my opinion and with my experience, it is not a good product. Also, I did not want to accept it and sell it on to someone else because I know they may have the same problems I had and with no guarantee at all it would cost them a fortune. I have never received a refund or partial refund and wish that I did not buy this product. It is light and easy to manouvre but it is not reliable and with no tools, you need to buy the multi at the same time otherwise all the edges of your room will still be dusty. G-Tech are very good at replacing faulty parts, but only buy it if you want it for 2 years.
