Orders do arrive but it is hard to talk…

Orders do arrive but it is hard to talk to people and get advice. I would not buy another water filter from this company because there are others where replacement cartridges can be purchased from more suppliers and with more knowledgeable customer service staff.

Reply to your reply - the enquiry would have been from my plumber on his number. His name is George. He did leave a message on your service.

I was here when George Rashbrook rang on his own mobile. But it was a few months ago now and I do not have a note of the date in my diary so am not sure which month it was. He worked out what he had to do in the end so it was resolved, but we did have a problem reaching someone by phone, a message was left but no-one rang him back. However thank you for saying you would look into it for us, it shows that you are bang up-to-date with your TrustPilot queries and because we have one of your filters, no doubt we will be re-ordering soon. I'm sorry to hear about the problem

Did you have problems getting through to us on the phone? was this recently? I'm sorry but I couldn't find any recent messages from you on our system but I will look into this further.

When you did get through I am sorry you didn't receive the technical advice you needed. We do have a team of engineers here who should have been able to help. If we can still help with anything now or in the future please let us know
