Always excellent company to deal with…

Always excellent company to deal with customer service great too…Great quality and fair prices My only continuing criticism is the huge bags that they now supply oatmeal etc in..really difficult to store and seal.

Good basic vitamin D pills

Have been buying my Vit D pills from Nutrition Geek’s for a while…great price and fast delivery. It’s the only supplement we take and feel it’s very beneficial particularly in winter.

What a unreliable inconsistent company…

————-⭐️ What a unreliable inconsistent and useless company this is…sadly the couriers are always changing…i was expecting a parcel yesterday Wednesday 6/11 between 1-3pm it didn’t arrive another message said it was delayed and would be delivered between 7-9pm it didn’t arrive….Another message early this morning Thursday it would be delivered between 8.30-10.30..guess what it didn’t arrive!!!!! So frustrating another message’there was an issue accessing the delivery address’ that’s ridiculous, I was here all the time no one else has any problems??? So when will they manage to deliver my parcel or have they lost it 😡
It’s good to get an actual response from Evri but- their live online centre is a robot and totally automated, I wanted to speak to a person asap so tried the phone line- again automated- it recognised my phone number and said my problem was being dealt with, they would let them know I was chasing it - unable to request a phone call..
Had a non reply email from local customer services to say my parcel would be still be delivered today Thursday ….nothing happened it’s so frustrating….just want my parcel that should have been delivered yesterday so no chance now until Friday…8/11
Now late Friday no emails etc from Evri so no explanation or parcel this is beyond disgusting 😡😡😡
The final instalment received an email this morning to say my parcel was on it’s way…2.20pm Saturday 9/11
Finally I have my parcel!!! I am fuming though…The van pulled up outside the guy got out and collected the parcel from the van so I went to the front door…by which time he’d wedged it in my front gate near the road, he wasn’t back in his van and I called out would you mind bringing it to the door…he totally ignored me got in the van and drove off..so incredibly rude.
I was so annoyed I took a photo! Will be avoiding buying anything that’s delivered by Evri in the future…

Really disappointed with our recent…

Really disappointed with our recent purchase, have purchased from Soak & Sleep for many years. Ordered a full bed set and two fitted sheets, when the parcel arrived it was missing the duvet cover, I just thought it would be delivered separately. I phoned S&S only to discover they were out of stock and wouldn’t be getting anymore… was rather surprised that they hadn’t either told me before sending out part of it or told me it wasn’t available!! I was offered a refund for the missing item.

Very pleased with my range order -arrived well packed and all in order great prices. Had visited our fairly local one recently but it was frustrating as they didn’t have several products that I wanted and I decided even with p&p it was better online!!

Not so good unless your prescription is straightforward

Have both been using pharmacy2u for quite a while with no problems….that is until they updated their website!!! I have a simple rx and it’s still fine but…..My husband is on warfarin and you’re unable to repeat rx without further confirmation. Was ok when he was able to speak to a person but now with the auto system it’s useless…have to wait for a callback to speak to an actual person..tried yesterday and waited for an hour, now today been waiting for a callback for over 4 hrs. Update didn’t get call back at all 17/4 😳 Not the first time either he just ends up being really frustrated so thinking of going elsewhere…
Update Had a prompt response from Pharmacy2u 18/4 and they were finally able to process the prescription for us!!! very frustrating experience..

I am very sorry for the difficulties you are experiencing with ordering one of your husband's medications. Having spoken with our IT department it seems the issues with ordering medications that require extra information to be added, such as Warfarin, are still under investigation.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a lead time for this to be identified and resolved. I understand that this is leading to you having to call us, which I can only apologise for. 

To hopefully take away some inconvenience, we have sent you an email which can be used as a point of contact to order this medication in the meantime.

Alternatively, you can contact us via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. 

We have updated our automated telephony system in line with the latest advancements in AI (Artificial Intelligence), as we did find our old telephony system was outdated. Our automated system can handle a variety of different queries. If the automated service is unable to assist with your query you would be transferred through to an agent that will take over your query. The update was intended to add functionality to improve the user experience, I am sorry this was not the case for you, and that you found the ordering system more difficult.

We appreciate your feedback, as this helps us to continue improving our service and our telephone system. This will be briefed to our development team who are still making amendments where necessary.

Disappointed with large unmanageable packages

Have been buying from this company for several years and generally I’m really pleased with the quality prices and delivery. Recently if I’ve bought a larger quantity of an item ( to save cost and have fewer deliveries) ie porridge oats etc instead of receiving the smaller manageable size bags I’ve received 2.5kilo of product in one bag!!! 😳which is both rather unmanageable and impossible to get into my cupboards!!!! I hope they rethink their packaging soon as I don’t really want to change the supplier and go elsewhere!!

bought my husband an Iphone 7 October…

bought my husband an Iphone 7 October 2021 he was really pleased with it initially and the service he had received - its had very little use and has developed hardware problems. Since its out of warranty they refuse to offer any further support, and haven’t responded to any emails- would expect it to last more than 14 months really disappointed!!

Excellent good website, information etc great product and fast efficient delivery!! Really pleased we used Floormart to buy our Leoline quality vinyl, had a few samples direct from Leoline. Prices/delivery were quite variable online and we chose Floormart because their prices were fair both for product and delivery. Extremely carefully packed so flooring arrived in perfect condition. Would highly recommend

Good service and quality boots

Looking to replace my worn out walking boots I visited Millets store in Lowestoft as they usually have a reasonable choice. Managed to find a suitable pair of Merrells that fitted me well - the two ladies working there were very helpful. Just wish I’d realised I could have taken the 15% discount that I’d seen online with me- thought that it was only for online purchases not in store ones!!
April’23 Sadly have to say that my new boots which were supposer to be waterproof are not….after just a few months of light careful wear ( ie avoiding puddles )I had wet feet !!!
