Jackson’s range of products and attention to detail are faultless. Everything is packed with the greatest of care, and all packaging is recyclable. Delivery is prompt. The resources on the website are really useful (eg Lisa Takahashi’s Lino printing video) but not easy to find within the site. My only slight niggle is that the search facility on the website is not precise enough, which makes it difficult to find items sometimes. I’d have to be hard hearted to knock a star off for that though, when everything else is so good.

So much thought and care was put into my delivery. It made my day. Not only was I getting some incredible art supplies that I was very excited about, but I also felt connected to the shop that they came from. There really seemed to be a personal touch in the way it was packed and I appreciated this.
The materials came in a small box and I was surprised that it could all fit in. When I opened the box I realised that it had been put together carefully and neatly. Everything arrived in brilliant condition due to the way it was wrapped up. Some loose items in bags, others in perfectly snug little boxes. And all the packaging is recyclable. I used to love going in to Jackson's shop when I lived nearby but getting my materials delivered from them is a very close second. Thank you Jackson's for an excellent service.

Jackson’s Art Supplies has been very reliable for me even if I purchase products all the way from the Philippines. Their shipping arrives really fast and is affordable and I love their selection! I’m especially in awe of their commitment to low carbon footprint and eco-friendly packaging that still safely houses all my purchases across an ocean or two. The customer service is also well done, I appreciate the blend of AI for general questions and the availability of real human staff for the more specific and hands-on questions I had. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. I had a problem resulting from damaged packaging, and had a very quick response from Jacksons, who offered credit for the damage caused. If not for the damage it would have been 5 stars!

Highly recommend Jackson’s for high quality art supplies at a good price and fast, reliable delivery. I have used this company for many years and have never had any issues at all, they are brilliant!

On the very rare occasion that I have had a faulty item the problem is dealt with swiftly and a replacement sent out. The customer service staff are polite and very helpful (hugely grateful to Mary for her recent assistance, such a lovely person to chat to and for going above and beyond to resolve my issue).

Sennelier pastels are of course delicate and they arrived intact. The price I paid was the most competitive on the web at the time of ordering.
Based on my own experiences, I recommend Jackson’s 100% and it is now my go-to place for art supplies.
