Trying to reach Wholefoods online impossible, waited 24 minutes on the chatline, still no response, emailed them no response. I had a issue with one item they sent me, not as advertised and struggling to get a response on how to rectify this.
I bought oat groats
I bought oat groats, peanuts, and soya bean. opened the bag and sniffed, all fresh. happy customer. Dispatched next day. received on the following monday. No issue

Sent me an email to say I had 167 points to use. Each point is worth a penny. However you can only use 100 points at a time. What a con. Means I really only have a pound as a discount and I'll have to forgo the 67p. Why the penny pinching?

Have been buying from this company for several years and generally I’m really pleased with the quality prices and delivery. Recently if I’ve bought a larger quantity of an item ( to save cost and have fewer deliveries) ie porridge oats etc instead of receiving the smaller manageable size bags I’ve received 2.5kilo of product in one bag!!! 😳which is both rather unmanageable and impossible to get into my cupboards!!!! I hope they rethink their packaging soon as I don’t really want to change the supplier and go elsewhere!!

I bought from this company on the 7th/07/23, the order went through after a while but what is strange is you cannot check out from their site but are transferred to the Amazon.co.uk site. A few days later, I received an email from Stripe letting me know of their change of Terms of service. I looked at them and was shocked and realised that what I have been avoiding for months on end, the One click option, was what this company had used without my informed consent. I therefore contacted Stripe and asked them to delete my data but was made aware that to complete the process one needs to contact the seller. I tried to access my account from my mobile to delete my account to find out I could not. 
I was away, so when I finally arrived home, I tried to access my account without success, had a hell of a time to reset my password since my password was not recognised and I was not receiving the right link. Now it is done but I found myself at square one, not being able to access my account: the screen shows an ERROR message and the site does not recognise my new password.
I have been emailing their customer service who email me to let me know my purchase had failed when my bank account shows the direct debit done on the 10th, besides, if it had not worked, how the hell would I have received a email confirming the dispatch. The beauty of it is I also received today a Royal Mail tracking number, to find out the item had been delivered and was at my door. 
They have no customer service line, so it is impossible to address it verbally and be sorted ASAP. Instead, I sent emails which are left unanswered for what I consider an emergency and so would you if you were aware of the terms and condition with Stripe otherwise known as the One Click purchase. Had I been made aware that it was their check out process, I would have run for my life. Now I cannot delete my account, and as long as they remain silent, won't be able to sort anything out: just wonder how long it will take and their attitude is nothing of reassuring. I cannot wait to delete this account and will never ever purchase from this company ever again. A big financial trap unbeknown to their clients who blissfully order at their financial expense when you know the trap Stripe can end up being for any buyer. I had recommended this shop to a friend but I had to text her to warn her not to buy from them: she, like me, have being avoiding One Click since it was put in place on Amazon and was grateful for the warning. Thing is you think you have an amazon account, so when their screen transfer you on the amazon site, you are surprised but hopeful you will have a normal check out....NOT AT ALL!! then you realise later, when Stripe emails you that you have been duped and the scams go on these days and flourish. I would rather buy from Ebay than used a site which bypass my authority and allow themselves to register me on their One Click account I never wanted. I thought to warn buyers, and if you have no idea what Stripe is, when they email you you'd better read their updates on their Terms of Service as they will come into effect by the end of the month, the 31st/07/23 to be precise and it will be too late. Any human beings working at wholefoodsonline, or is it AI run?

I have just had delivered from Wholefoods what will be my last order with them, I was disappointed with my last order that was delivered when the delivery driver threw my parcel over a unused gate at the side of my property because I was out, without leaving a note, the parcel stayed there for 2 days in the pouring rain, I contacted Wholefoods to let them know of my disappointment. On my latest delivery the delivery tracking said that my parcel would be delivered on Monday but it was delivered on Saturday, which is OK if you are in but I went out not expecting my delivery that day, like the previous delivery my parcel was thrown over the unused gate, ( I have a gate on both sides of my property, it is pretty obvious which one is the entrance gate ) again in the pouring rain, when I checked the tracking on Sunday it said that the parcel was delivered on Saturday and left at reception, which is strange as I live in a small house. On both occasions the tracking gave false information that the parcel was given to someone at the address, and on both occasions because the delivery driver did not leave a note the parcel was left out in the pouring rain.

Expensive for Bulk Buys.
For a bulk buy company their prices have become rip off. They are twice the price of another online organic bulk company real food source.They also try to tempt you in with freebies and free postage. I no longer buy from them because of their high prices.
This company started out well but has gone to seed.
This company started out well, good service, good value. They have now become more expensive than Waitrose for most items and the customer service is not atrocious it's almost non existent. The company is run on email no humans anywhere. I complained, I wanted to speak to a human. Not possible. 2 weeks to sort out a damaged delivery I personally do not need this hassle.

Discovering Whole Foods Online made life (or at least shopping) so much easier during our extended lockdowns. The quality is great and the speed of delivery exemplary - and it's mostly certified organic too. Great value for money.
Extremely useful service
Extremely useful service, on average better quality of supermarkets and competitive price on bulk buy.
The customer service is excellent, and their newsletter is targeted, useful and not intrusive. I love too they use a really reliable courier that makes everything smooth and easy.
I would love to see alternatives to plastic bags as I feel a bit guilty about all that packaging pilling up on the bin and I would love to see the bulk buy of coffee beans and tea leaves as I see for all the other products. Apart from this, a really happy customer.
