What a unreliable inconsistent company…

————-⭐️ What a unreliable inconsistent and useless company this is…sadly the couriers are always changing…i was expecting a parcel yesterday Wednesday 6/11 between 1-3pm it didn’t arrive another message said it was delayed and would be delivered between 7-9pm it didn’t arrive….Another message early this morning Thursday it would be delivered between 8.30-10.30..guess what it didn’t arrive!!!!! So frustrating another message’there was an issue accessing the delivery address’ that’s ridiculous, I was here all the time no one else has any problems??? So when will they manage to deliver my parcel or have they lost it 😡
It’s good to get an actual response from Evri but- their live online centre is a robot and totally automated, I wanted to speak to a person asap so tried the phone line- again automated- it recognised my phone number and said my problem was being dealt with, they would let them know I was chasing it - unable to request a phone call..
Had a non reply email from local customer services to say my parcel would be still be delivered today Thursday ….nothing happened it’s so frustrating….just want my parcel that should have been delivered yesterday so no chance now until Friday…8/11
Now late Friday no emails etc from Evri so no explanation or parcel this is beyond disgusting 😡😡😡
The final instalment received an email this morning to say my parcel was on it’s way…2.20pm Saturday 9/11
Finally I have my parcel!!! I am fuming though…The van pulled up outside the guy got out and collected the parcel from the van so I went to the front door…by which time he’d wedged it in my front gate near the road, he wasn’t back in his van and I called out would you mind bringing it to the door…he totally ignored me got in the van and drove off..so incredibly rude.
I was so annoyed I took a photo! Will be avoiding buying anything that’s delivered by Evri in the future…
