I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent purchase from your company. I had ordered two iPhone 13 Pro devices, but I received only one (I bought using the back market app). This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as one of the iPhones was intended to be a birthday gift for my loved one. Moreover, I urgently require a reliable mobile device for an upcoming business trip this Saturday.

Regrettably, my attempts to resolve this issue have been met with utter disappointment. Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer support, I have received no response thus far. I understand that companies experience occasional challenges, but the lack of communication and unavailability of a contact number is wholly unacceptable. It is disheartening to feel disregarded as a customer who is in need of assistance.

I sincerely hope that this oversight is rectified immediately. I implore you to arrange for the delivery of the second iPhone 13 Pro to be expedited today. Given the importance of this situation and the impact it has on my personal and professional life, I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.

In the event that a satisfactory resolution is not provided promptly, I will be left with no choice but to explore alternative courses of action to protect my consumer rights. I believe it is in both of our interests to resolve this matter amicably and swiftly.

I look forward to receiving a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution ASAP!

bought my husband an Iphone 7 October 2021 he was really pleased with it initially and the service he had received - its had very little use and has developed hardware problems. Since its out of warranty they refuse to offer any further support, and haven’t responded to any emails- would expect it to last more than 14 months really disappointed!!

Don't buy from We Sell Mobiles. I did buy an iPhone 11 Pro through BackMarket and the mobile was supposed to be in perfect condition: It has an 84% life battery and minor scratches on the screen. I decided to as for a refund. We Sell Mobiles never respond since the start. They sent me a label for DHL. DHL refuses to send it because the seller should fill a Customs Invoice as I bought from Spain in Europe. For the moment nothing is happening, they don't respond and they don't provide the custom invoice.

Just don't buy from them, when you are lucky they provide you with the right stuff but in my case, they don't verify what they send and when you are not satisfied they don't respond and don't do a thing. I guess it will end up with bad reviews all over the internet and a claim in justice. If they do respond, send me the expected document and refund, I will of course be honest and change my review.

At this moment, they just show they are not professional and can't be trusted so don't bother buying from them.

Prompt service, item better than described, excellent value

I could talk to a member of staff over the phone. He was very helpful and reassuring. The phone was mint, as described, and cost less than similar or even less good condition versions from other sites.

This company sell faulty phones and then refuse to honour the warranty. They don’t have proper batteries and the battery goes wrong after a few months. They will reply making up any old story to make you look wrong - they said I had water damaged the phone myself when it was a spare (in a very dry drawer). Buy at your own peril.

I bought three iphones from this company all of which are faulty. the company refused to refund and spent a year giving incorrect advice on how resolve the problems. Avoid at all costs.

You never really know, when purchasing an item on-line, that what is advertised as excellent will in fact be excellent. I recently purchased an iphone 7 advertised as excellent on-line from WSM, and to my delight it was as new. Top marks from me. I did have delivery issues with the delivery service, but that's another matter. WSM were most helpful in resolving the issues, and a very big thank you to David at WSM who responded to all of my e-mails promptly. I'd certainly buy from WSM again.

The first phone they gave was faulty, they didn’t give me a refund but offered a replacement. It was a different colour which I wasn’t bothered about but it was not in the condition I paid for. They’ve been ignoring my messages for months, and now I’m left with another useless phone. Save yourself the money and just buy a brand new phone. Refurbished phones aren’t worth it,especially from here!
