There is a guy named Aiden Baldwin formerly of Newton Abbot who is a con artist. I don't know who these people on Trust Pilot are giving glowing reviews of but it certainly would not be him! I have noticed the Aidan they review is spelt with an A (AidAn) whereas the Aiden other people are reviewing is spelt with an e (AidEn) Do not give AidEn Baldwin the time of day let alone your business! He took money from us and did a runner, was in the process of taking him to court when I found out he is no longer living at the address in Newton Abbot no trace of him...yet.
Social media is a wonderful thing, if you look him up on the internet you will find him and there should be a pic. If anyone knows where this creep is there are lots of people looking for him 😁😁😁

I chose a backpack picnic hamper as easier to contend with than a basket...free hands! Stylish item but, I have rated it 4 stars for the simple reason no dishes or teaspoons are included in the picnic "crockery"/cutlery, only 2 plates, 2 knives, 2 forks 2 dessert spoons The backpack part of it is well made, spacious and the added waterproof backed blanket...nice bonus...is adequate for 2 people to sit on. I am happy to recommend but, you will need to supply dishes and teaspoons.

Easy to order online, friendly cust service. Reasonably priced. One small gripe, receive notification of order ready for collection only to find when you get to store it cannot be located, happened on a couple of occasions, however, would recommend. If not for that one small glitch would have been 5 stars

Hear people grouching about Hermes...never had a problem myself

Would have given 5* and "excellent" had I not been given wrong info by operator when placing order even though I questioned her more than once on info she supplied. Resulted in having to cancel original order and re-ordering. Apart from this issue service by second operator excellent...took flak re previous order in his stride...was told doors not available until end of month...approx 3wks or so...but delivered well before. No damage issues and very pleased with doors! Would order again and would recommend company.

We have used APH car parking for a number of years and we have never had any problems. Competetive prices, excellent service and the reception staff are always cheerful and friendly no matter what time of day or night the drop off or pick up is.

My splash back is absolutely brilliant, even better than I had envisaged! Bit pricey but worth it. Such a shame I had to order a matching chopping board from another company.

Excellent service, we were looking for a set of saucepans which were showing on line as being in stock, however we couldn't locate them. A staff member was very happy to go and look and came back with a set, unfortunately when we got home one of the knobs on a lid was broken. I phoned straight away as this item was at a special price and I didn't want them selling out before I got a replacement. They very kindly said they would hold a set at the back of the tills for me even though we couldn't get back for a couple or so days. When we went in the saucepans were at the back of the tills as promised...not many shops will hold an item even if it is to replace damaged goods. The upshot was we got our replacement and we also decided to buy another set!

Very good service although a little expensive!

Bouquet not very big, could have gotten more for my money at local supermarket! Flowers looked ok but not as good as pic on webste...bit mis-leading.
